Our daughters therapist missed a lot of key issues/concerns with our daughter. Leaving there not happy with the situation.

Kristin ghosted me after I was admitted to the psych ward. Before that though during the pandemic she conducted our sessions over facetime and didnt have me sign any forms or anything which I later learned was not HIPPA compliant. She gave good advice sometimes but overall she either didnt contribute much or just talked about other clients problems and dominated the conversation. I could never get a word in.

Jackie and the team are awesome! They offer a plethora of approaches and services and with this allow for a holistic treatment approach. Jackie has selflessly given so much to the profession and I cannot say enough kind words. Thank you! 🙏🏼

We saw a Katie Primak for my son who was struggling to gain weight and eating what he needed. She was extremely helpful, available and flexible. She genuinely cared about my son and his progress as well as how to help our family specifically. She gave us helpful information and talked to my son in a way in which he could grasp and learn what he could do. He has since gained the weight the pediatrician was hoping for!!

My daughter had a great experience at this practice. Sarah helped her overcome and manage her anxiety and gave us many strategies to help with alleviate her symptoms.

I felt like Andrew and Nicole were inexperienced and did not do a good job of listening and retaining information. I would have to constantly answer the same questions over and over again which was very exhausting. I also felt like the practice was inexperienced when it came to LGBT issues/mental health.I am completely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend. Even after I brought my issues up multiple times there was still no change.

This is a wonderful practice. The staff is friendly and professional and the therapists are extremely experienced and great at what they do. They offer many different innovative treatment options for the whole family. I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

Ive had a great experience with the Center. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and create an environment where you feel comfortable. The northwest suburbs are lucky to have this resource.

This practice is really conservative and close minded. Instead of trying to help me Nicole would just argue with me about my views. Go here if you want people to take your money and make you feel bad.

Staff is friendly and professional. Can not say enough wonderful things about this center! I would highly recommend the Center for Emotional Wellness.
