My experience with Connie and Katie have been more than amazing! Theyre polite, professional, and courteous. Ive landed a job with a great company all thanks to them. I would totally recommend going through this agency if youre looking for work.

The lady who answered the phone seemed really nice and then the transfer hit to a Connie. My good grief! I get it people have bad days but in tough times like these we just want to be treated kindly and unfortunately that was not the case today. Her unkindness helped me go to a different agency who helped out greatly!

Well my husband went though this agency for a job, they were very helpful and great to get him into somewhere quick. On the other hand, we have had 2 checks that never arrived to our home and they didn’t seem to try to do much. At one point they told him that it was not their problem that the check never got to our home which in fact it was there problem. We finally after 2 weeks or more got one full check and now we are missing another full 40 hours worth of a check. Which they are not telling us what is going on or what they’re gonna do. We gave them direct deposit information and they took forever to even set it up. It’s not fair when you work hard earned 40 hour plus overtime paychecks and your not receiving them and the people sending them out don’t seem to care or do much about it. We will be going higher up if this continues

Connie is the best! She got me a great job with good pay and she is so nice and helpful with anything I need! I would reccomend the staffing agency to anyone looking for a great job!

Working World is by far the best staffing agency that I’ve been to. Ive been employed with their services a little over a year, and when a job let me go they found another job instantly for me. Connie, was my employer and she’s a very ground to earth outgoing person. I will recommend this agency to anyone who’s looking for a quick job.

I worked with Jessica and she was fantastic! She really looked at my experience, not just my job title, and matched me up with a company in the area where my skills were a good match. I dont think this company and I would have found each other through the traditional send resume to the company format. It took someone like Jessica to understand what both myself and the employer needed and bring them together. I interviewed and received a job offer that day, much of that due to Jessica understanding what each party was looking for. I highly recommend this staffing company!

Not many staff agencies care like this one. Of course they find you work asap, but they also invest time into you and find you a good fit if you have a work preference. Connie was especially nice, but everybody there is. I have a buddy that lost a lot of jobs due to attendance because of custody issues and they still kept finding him jobs until something finally stuck. Honestly, all the other staffing agencies in the area couldnt compete and i know that from experience.

I came to Working World after leaving a long career. They helped me figure out what kind of work I wanted and helped me get a great job. Jessica was supportive and kind the whole way, and I have nothing but good things to say about experience here. If you need work, go talk to the people at Working World!

Well that was interesting! Out on a job search today and went to Working World Staffing Agency in Crystal Lake Il.. I had been going through them since I was a teenager when they had first started up back in the 70s. In so many words I had been told from their newer management that they arent going to bother with me trying to use their service any more? I have found at least 6 temp. to perm. jobs through them in the 30+ years... Nice Huh!

Companies Beware!!!!!This place does not do proper background checks and tries to get money out of you every which way found employees stealing. They did nothing about itAnd tried charge me s fee for the person.There are other staffing places in the area that better to work with and don’t hide things, and when there is a problem they take care of it not blame the customer.If you are looking for staffing stay way from the place

I had the opportunity to train the staff of Working World staffing on how to optimize their Linkedin marketing. I was impressed by their many years in business, terrific staff and deep relationships in the community with employers.Cant say enough about this nice group of people.

At first it was great! Got a decent job in my field, it was supposed to be permanent, but turned out to be temporary. No big deal.Then they tried shoving me into any hole Id fit into; it was a mess of ridiculous jobs.Afterwards they went out of their way to deny my unemployment after refusing contact with me for months.Avoid at all costs, this seems like the easy way out, but these people arent your friends or colleagues, theyll use you up and spit you out.

Always a pleasure working with these guys! Everyone is very nice and they offer a variety of job opportunities, so there is something for everyone!

Working World/Careers Unlimited is a professional agency that appears to care for your needs equally as they do with the employers. I like that type of motive.I went there to fill out a application, which was about 4 pages front and pack, not to painful if you have a resume. Afterwards they gave me a very, laid back interview. I didnt feel awkward or nervous at all. I was offered a 12 hour position at a company in Mchenry. Even though I didnt mind the job, I just had to quit do to a health condition of mine. I even told them before a job offer and Careers Unlimited was still caring to give me a chance and asked me to give them progress. Its rare for companies to work with a health issue. Even when I quit they were very professional and understanding. I can see why they were awarded one of the best employment agencies to work for.

Nothing good to say about Working World after having my emails and several calls ignored and I showed lots of interest in getting a new job.
