From the initial bidding process M&M employees were courteous and professional. They kept us informed of each next step to ensure a quality job. I especially like how they send a second crew to re-take measurements in order to obtain accurate window and door size. We had our siding and windows done. They worked with us on the price and completed the job quickly and professionally. A few weeks after the work was complete, there was a slight issue with the siding that I could not fix myself. We called and let them know and they came back out and took care of it right away. We had M&M put new gutters on the house. It took a couple days since out long and complicated roof line but they did a great job. They cleaned up around the site at night and removed all the old gutters quickly. The new gutters look great and they did a good job and would hire them again for any future jobs.

I ordered 3 windows, the installers were professional, however I had to call them back as the top window was sliding down making it impossible to open as bugs came in. It was fixed quickly, now the other 2 windows do the same & after arguing the last time with the boss the last time I guess I have to not open the other two window. I am not happy at all.

M& M Home Remodeling recently installed shingles on my shed roof.M& M Home Remodeling was very good at keeping me updated during the whole process. However I am concerned that nails used to hold the shingles in place has pierced through the inside ceiling/sides of my shed causing a little demage to the wood and exposing the sharp edges of the nails throughout the inside of my shed. When I contacted M & M Home Remodeling they at first said they would personally come out to look at the roof but later I received an email from M & M Home Remodeling stating the nails are suppose to pierce the ceiling/sides. However my concern is will my roof be worst off in the long term because of the way the nails are piercing through the roof ceiling/side of my shed or am I overreacting ? I was basically told byM & M Home Remodeling they installed the shingles correctly and thier job is done.

The installer was prompt. He did a great job on the install. Almost not visible where the repair was. Thank you, will definitely use again if and when needed.

M & M did a fantastic job installing our patio door in our kitchen. They also did a minor repair to our roof. We are also will be getting vinyl siding installed shortly. They did a really nice job on the siding! Its beautiful. There were a couple of things that bothered me. They broke some trim on my porch and rather then replace, they just put it back up. You can see where it was broken and it just bothers me a little bit.

My roof looks beautiful and the workers were great. What was not great is when my roof immediately leaked and they blamed it on my chimney, had that tuck pointed and painted like they said and still leaked. Took them a few months to finally come out to look at it. They admitted they forgot to caulk. We ended up with water and mold damage and had to rip out the ceiling and walls in our bedroom. If they would of just came out right away instead of blowing us off it would of all been avoided.

M & M did a fantastic job. Not only did they install James Hardie siding on our home, but also replaced our soffits, fascia and gutters. In addition to our home looking brand new, it is now maintenance free. No more painting or staining the old cedar siding. Trace, Tim and Dave answered all our questions and oversaw the project from start to finish. I wont hesitate to call M & M for any additional home remodeling services in the future.

My Husband and I have used M&M several times. We have a 100 year old house and we had most of the windows replaced with prairie style windows with a wood grain on the inside to match our woodwork in the house and a beautiful color on the outside to match our exterior. I was very impressed by the professional service of Steve Madison (Project Manager) and his assistant when they installed my basement windows. They were punctual, friendly, and hardworking. Although my original windows presented a difficult challenge to remove, they creatively dealt with them and cleaned up so well that I couldnt see one speck of debris when they were finished. They installed the new windows in a timely manner, and their workmanship was masterfully crafted. I also appreciated that they were careful working around my landscaping. We had a roof put on in November 2020!. The roofers were so nice they did just what we wanted. They were quick and no inconvenience what so ever! When we spoke with M&M they told us they wanted to advertise in our yard. So we did! Also we were told if we leave a google review we would receive a gift card for dinner! Ok cool simple enough so my husband did! Yeah so now after going back and forth since December we still haven’t received a gift card. The last time I talked to them they said oh have you checked your spam we have and we confirmed the email address multiple times. They said if we don’t get this situated we will send you double.well it’s still not situated and they have not once called to make sure we received this so called gift card. My husband asked me to call again but I’m over it. Don’t tell people your gonna get a gift card when they dont. Dont tell people you will call them back and you don’t. Then the reason you say you didn’t call back is because your so busy and taking care of customers! So I’m not one of your customers I did purchase a roof and gutters you did get paid for the roof and gutters but I guess I’m no longer a priority and I will not be a customer again! Always remember word of mouth spreads like wild fire! (the office in crown point while they keep pushing it off on the next person instead of taking blame for something they haven’t done and make it right)

Needed a small repair done to the back of my roof. They were responsive in showing up to look at it and give me an estimate. I did wait, but due to COVID and how busy things have been with the windy weather lately I understand why a small repair would have taken a while to get to. The work was completed neatly and they cleaned up after themselves. Only thing is that the color was off about two shades. Also not that big of an issue because it is just a small area on the back of my house and I understand that sometimes shingle colors are no longer in production. Overall I would use them again for sure.

Our latest M&M project was the replacement of a large skylight in our family room. The M&M team helped with the skylight selection, and did a very professional job with the installation. So nice to come home from work and have the new skylight installed and the mess cleaned up. No leaks, no drips and the new skylight looks great.

I would definitely recommend these guys. Nathan was very knowledgeable and put our minds at ease after inspecting the roof of a home we are purchasing. He was able to identify the exact model of the shingle and told us how they are made, why its a good product, and that we should have no issues for some time. It was a big relief. He also noticed a couple nails in the roof and put some patching material on them for free. I will be sure to call them again when its time to replace the roof in the future.

We had old wood siding on the back of our garage that was falling off. M&M took off the old siding and replaced it with vinyl siding. The guys were amazing! They were very polite and super fast. M & M came through for me from start to finish. I replaced my front entry door and two sidelights in Sept 2018.Their sales consultant Trace Teske followed through from the estimate to the final installation. Since I was going to donate the old door I asked the installers to put it to the side. When Habitat came they said they did not take painted.doors. I then called Trace to see if M & M would come back to pick it up. Trace came in his personal truck to haul it away. Now that is good customer service. I love my door and get compliments all the time.
