We worked with Real Video to capture a client testimonial remotely on-site at our clients facility. Although our own staff could not travel to the clients site to oversee filming or interface with the client, the Real Video team made the process completely seamless. Real Video provided guidance to our clients staff to get the perfect sound bites and b-roll in a highly technical (and not-always-easy-to explain/illustrate) manufacturing process. Our client even messaged us letting us know how professional and helpful the video crew was! The way the team managed everything remotely was more than I could ask for. Outside of the initial planning, my team and I were almost completely hands-off—Real Video ran the show based on our notes and managed to capture the perfect video. The end result is extremely professional, polished, and tells the exact story we were looking for. We would definitely reach out to Real Video for future video projects!
