They were polite and knowledgeable about the trees on my property. They were able to cut the 2 trees down immediately the same day and for a great price. High Definition fell a cottonwood tree in our back yard that was at least 70 feet tall and precariously growing on the edge of a creek. It started to die off and was cresting the earth around it just looking for an opportunity to uproot. This tree was leaning one direction and we needed it fell on another direction so that it would not block the creek. High Definition Tree Service DID fell the tree precisely where we wanted it which was quite impressive. They then chunked up the huge trunk and moved those away for us and cleaned up the area so neat and tidy it didn’t even look like work had been done there except that ailing tree is no longer there. Excellent work.

I needed to have my tree trimmed due to a huge limb hovering over my garage. I called adam and he was able to come out and give me an estimate the same day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to what i desired and gave suggestions on how to accomplish. He showed up the next day and knocked it out while i was out. I got home and the work was done exactly as we had discussed. Very neat and ensure there was no mess left. Will and have already recommended his services to my neighbors.

I had a crazy Sunday high winds and a huge tree came right for my house. Adam picked up the phone on the first ring and came out to check out how bad it really was a couple hours later. Thankfully I had another tree holding it up for the time being and he reassured me that he felt it would be ok until he could get his crew out and two days later he made sure both were gone and my house and kids are out of danger. His pricing is fair and they all did excellent work!! A+ company I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

They asked to be paid early for a job they were supposed to complete. 16 days later they still have not come back to do the work after they left early to cash the check. Then they wont reply to texts or calls for days at a time when trying to set up a time for them to come back and do the job they got paid for. Since this got called a fake review I can release the screenshots of the shifty stuff I guess.

Terrible service, no professionalism. Have given me the run around for over 6 wks. I gave them the benefit of doubt and tried in every way to give them the opportunity to make things right. Instead I have been lied to and given the run around with every excuse. And now was told to go F myself by one of the workers. Will be taking them to court as I have to hire another company to finish the job i payed them to do. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! I have pictures and texts messages along with screen shots of all the times i called and left messages and all the texts promising to come back and finish the job. Save yourself the headache and go with a more well known company.

When we needed to do some pruning for a few trees, high definition tree service were professional from start to finish. They communicated clearly in our discussions about what work needed to be done, what the costs would be, and when it would be scheduled. They were prompt for both the initial inspection and the work itself. And they did an excellent job on the two trees that required attention: carefully removing the branches in question but ensuring that the trees still looked good and were healthy and sound when the work was finished. We would use them again and highly recommend them to everyone!

Adam, Ruben and crew did a fantastic job on the removal of my oak tree. It was surrounded by two pools with exposed filtration systems, a garage, a wood fence and two sheds. They worked in extreme 90 degrees which fell to 59 degrees and rain. Absolute professionals, no damages, complete cleanup. I loved theyre woo hoos after every big limb came down. I called HD Tree service one Saturday morning during this covid pandemic and got an estimate later that day for a tree. After talking and discussing with Adam the owner I ended up getting three trees done because the deal was too good to pass up. His crew were polite, professional and cleaned the work areas up very nicely. Aside from two minor hiccups like being delayed a half hour for the start time and an hour break for a trailer issue overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them again.

When they worked they did good work and cleaned up their site well...would work well for a 1 day job. A 1 day job turned into 3 weeks, which would be OK if there was ANY communication other than excuses or be there tomorrow not to show up. The bigger issue was being talked down to and insulted by the owner in a profanity laced tired when I caught him on a bad day. Would be better served with some additional staff as they seemed extremely busy, and someone more professional with some public relation skills taking calls and setting appointments that are kept and communicated.

This company is pathetic! They told me they were licensed in the area I needed work, but after they started the job, they had to stop because code enforcement said they had no license to work there. They asked for 2/3 of the pay, even though the job wasnt even half done. I paid them. Adam said they would be back the next day. I called several times a week for over a month, and they kept telling me they would complete the work, but never came back. They left ropes all over the tree, a rope bag in the tree, and countless branches all over the ground-a complete mess. The last time we spoke, Adam blamed Ruben for bidding the job too low, even though they were both there, and they were only $200 under my last bid. Adam still lied and said they would complete the job, but I heard that countless times, and they never came back. So, beware of these crooks and liars!

Last year I had several companies come out and give me a quote on removing 15 trees from my yard they gave the best price And it included grinding the stumps and the clean up Id highly recommend them!
