I would rate five stars but my wife drags me here evertime we shop at aldis. All joking aside they do have good stuff here.

Love the inexpensive greeting cards. I bought 15 cards for the price of 2 Hallmark cards.

Very Long wait in line. The staff was friendly but it seemed like their was only one person working and she was trying to do a large ballon order? Need more help! I will try to avoid this dollar tree in the future.

The manager, Tiara is completely unprofessional and rude. She started mocking me as I was leaving the store and acting unity when I was leaving. She is a terrible manager and does not care about working with customers and is also terrible at it. She should not work in customer service

I want to get in contact with someone to file multiple complains about a manager, Tiara. She’s out of control . Has threatened myself & my other co workers as well. Extremely rude and degrading. Speaks awful about her fellow staff members as well. Very irate & unprofessional. One of the rudest people I’ve ever met.

I love this location! The staff are so sweet, and helpful with tracking stuff down for me! I love cheap candles, and they didnt have cotton candy, but its ok! I enjoy every visit!

Went shopping for a little party yesterday. We are not having party now. Today tried to return items and you cannot return them, you have to even exchange them and you cannot return food items. They say due to covid-19. These stores using the excuse due to covid-19 is a farce. The are canned goods. Nothing is open. Its away to keep the money. Buyer beware that its exactly what you want for food. What happen to satisfying the customer for their product these days. They should also mention this now when you are checking out. Not as your showing me the fine print on the receipt after I am returning it!

First time there..thanks to my sister stopping there...WOW..THAT STORE HAS EVERY THING..AND WASH SURPRISED AT PRICES..Ill Be BACK.

I was able to get everything i needed! the Dollar Tree by Aldis in Crown Point is amazing. I even found some really good books 📚.

Very rude service. Closes 30 minutes before posted time. Guy physically pushes you out of the door and locks it without even looking back or giving reason.

Excellent customer service. The card selections were great! I found many religious. Cards for Easter.

The Cashier didnt know how to tell a customer how to install their bank card to use as a credit card instead of debit. Not good. She had to ask the older employee. This is a basic request its her job she should have known this.

I usually go here when Im at Aldi. Had a great experience when my son left my tablet here. They put it in the office and held on to it until I could come back. Very honest person!

Its nice knowing that no matter what I want, if its in that store, its only $1.

What is going on with the $ store in Crown Point Indiana staff not wearing masks ???? This is ridiculous it is dangerous for the staff as well as the customers that shop there U guys really need to look at this situation I have been there twice and not one employee has wore one

Never shop at Dollar Tree in Merrillville on Broadway across from Andrean High School horrible store. Extremely prejudice store. If u are not black u will receive no help and a racist attitude!! Very sad I hope they lose business and close up or get new Management. Dominique and Monique need some education on how to treat all customers. That is ok because I will never shop there. Corporate is getting an hear full from me tomorrow. Such bad karma for them.
