This is the nicest and most effective post office Ive ever been to. Robin was amazing!!!

Absolutely horrific service.. Usually decent? Mail carrier will not deliver mail to cleared (1 side) mail box in snow. Union Supervisor stated Any step outside of vehicle is not required.. And is undeliverable.... Cant back vehicle up according to USPS policy.... Never mind that they do it all the time in th summer. So report them if backing up. Post master for Crown Point is Mary T Sprandel.. Please report your problems.

Robin is terrible and refused to get my medication which should have been in my PO Box. Reason: I stood in line from just before 2 pm on Saturday 12-26-20 till about 2:10 pm only to have her insist I got there at 2:02 pm when it was my turn at the window! Even couple behind me told her I was ther on time.My medication was not in the PO box because of junk mail stuffed in there like balled up tissue paper! She stated on mon when I returned on 12-28-2020 that once there other other packages that do not fit they dont attempt to put anything into your pO Box at all!So nice game they play:1 - stuff the box with junk mail2 - hold all other actual mail aside and slip notices into the box3 - make folks stand in lines they are creating and if you are not at the window shut down when time to close with folks standing there.4 - Robin even defended the advertisers paying to mail their circulars! No apology was offered.I pay an annual fee for that box and my tax dollars pay Robins salary & future pension. I even signed the petition this summer to save the post office which the House passed to the tune of $25 Billion this summer to end up getting RUDE No Service!Way to go Robin at Crown Point Post Office 4 vs Customer ZERO. I have filed a complaint.

One of the best usps around. Employees are very professional and respectful. Especially the ladies that help with new passport applications are the best ever. I forgot their names but I really appreciate their patience and helpfulness.

I love the crown point post office. I go just about everyday. Im always excited when robins working, she extremely friendly and always helps me.

I send a package to morocco December 1 2020 and here it is the 14th and he still has not received the package I cant track it it dont show where it is its been sitting where ever for 5ndays now this post office is terrible especially Bob wards attitude

I needed to get 300 certified letters stamped and had been to 3 or 4 different locations with no luck. I came to the CP location and Tanisha saved the day. She stamped all of the letters and did it with a smile. Thanks again Tanisha!!

The service is pretty good and the employees are quite pleasant, with the exception of Robin! On most occasions she is rude and condescending... it is obvious that her attempts at friendliness are fake! Its a roll of the dice every trip...I attempt to avoid her if at all possible!

Staff has always been friendly and efficient. Have dealt with this post office for 30 years and I have nothing but respect for the job they do.

Horrible service i shipped a package a week and two days ago and the tracking has NOT BEEN UPDATED also my customer paid for two day shipping not two week shipping so I’ve called over 10 times and they do not pick up last straw is to walk in there and get my package back and go through FedEx or ups at least they answer the damn phone and ship packages when paid for

Wonderful service. Helpful, polite and efficient.

Always been friendly and helpful. No issues. It is a very busy place at peek times so beware. Parking isnt that great there during those times either.

Lived in C.P. For about 5 years. Recently moved to Saint John. Still find myself going to this post office even though 2 others are actually closer to me.

Have called this post office 5 different just to listen to a never ending call tone.

Horrible experience and horrible workers. They clearly just want to get in and get out and only care about taking your money.

NOT happy when we have out regular mail lady the mail is here in time and usually early she’s good but with these other mail people are so slow I call the post office and they’re so very rude the mail had been so late sometimes even we got it at 6:30 pm and it wasn’t our regular mail lady this post office and mail service is sooooo slow!!!!
