If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst vendor I have ever encountered. They do not care about your experience or the service they will provide, they only care about your money. We wanted a Chrysler limo for our wedding day hence the reason why we went with this vendor. However, on the day of our wedding, we got some old beat up limo (far away from the one promised in our contract). Also, the contract stated a bottle of Champagne, which was also not provided. While we were in the park, taking pictures, the limo started smoking so the driver propped the hood open!!!! C’mon! When the limo dropped us off, the driver insisted that I tell him how much I paid for the limo. SERIOUSLY? In addition, he stated he had to run because he had another pick up (we still paid for the limo for the next 30 minutes and were gonna take some pictures in it). Now the best part….are you ready? The limo DID NOT PICK US UP FROM RECEPTION!! Yup, we had to take a shuttle back to the hotel on the day of our wedding. No phone-call that night, no follow up the next day or the day after. I called the owner on Monday (wedding was Saturday) and he could have cared less. He was so nonchalant, like “yeah I know, my guy was running behind” and not once did he even apologize for his horrible service. Mind you, I ONLY had a limo for 2 hours and they charged me for 4 hours plus 80$ Gratuity. I attempted to work it out with the owner, Chuck, for 3 weeks- every day he told me he’d call me back and NEVER DOES. I finally told him I would go through my bank and file a refund as he charged me for services he did not provide (that’s fraud). He became very rude on the phone, threatening, and ended up having the lady co-owner call me (I think her name is Kathleen). She is the only one that expressed her apologizes for my experience and stated they will call me after they talk to the driver. A week goes by and I never heard from them, I called them she said they will call me in a few days. Needless to say I never heard from them. I ended up going to my bank and they refunded me the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I should have done my homework and read the reviews before booking them. Chuck charged me for services he did not provide- contract was well over violated, services he did provide were horrible (opening up the hood, harassing me about the price I paid, his response to my request), and they did not deserve any gratuity!! STAY AWAY

I needed a round trip Limo to pick up my family in Crown Point to OHare for our family vacation. Both drivers were on time on each trip. The service was excellent, both the drivers were very polite, Kathy was very helpful in the office. They provided us with a stretch limo on both trips there and back home. They stopped at the OHare Oasis so we can get a bite to eat on the way home. The price i think was excellent as well. I will continue using and i highly recommend using this company. Thank you for the experience you provided for my family. Well done guys. :)

Awful! Do not waste your time or money! They never return your phone calls, and their fleet is always broken down. I was going to book through them for a girlfriends bachelorette party! Good thing I did my research before hand! (asked friends on Facebook!)Ive heard horrible things from people.One guy told me they were in Chicago for a bachelor party and TWO buses broke down on them that night!Also heard recently from a family friend that a wedding they went to a few weeks ago didnt get their wedding day photos because during their ceremony their huge party bus broke down. And didnt give them a different limo to use.If your going to have a business at least have back ups or put the money into fixing your limos!
