My daughter loves her instructor and they provide the little extra structure shes needed while still having fun

I think Midwest gym is an amazing place I mean my daughter has been there so many times for the Gymnastics thing that they do and she really thinks it’s amazing so people who hate Midwest you go to get lost because this place is amazing I mean my daughter goes there all the time now for when they post stuff 🤗 I gave it A five star ratings this week and the Saturday that’s coming up they are having a new thing for the kids so you should sign up and see how good they are and maybe write a review again please listen to me oh and the girl who said the person at the front desk is bad with kids she’s really nice actually 🤣

So happy we chose Midwest for cheer! My four year old has learned so much and made so many friends. The older girls have been great role models, always respectful.

Trainers are great and spends the time with the students. Keeps the mats, bars and beams cleaned after each rotation.

This is the best gymnastics studio in Crown Point. Lots of class options for recreational & competitive classes. They also have great class options for girls who want to be cheerleaders.

Zero stars.Another horrible experience here at Midwest! Again, same woman at the front desk who was so rude before. She said, to the friend of my brother, age 14, Hey kid, give me your money, Get in line, its like first grade all over again, congrats, and sign your name, if you know how. Can someone explain how this woman is allowed to interact with children with such a crass attitude? Will be calling and or stopping in to talk to a manager about the horrible service and treatment at this gym.

Okay so my daughter is a teenager who doesn’t quite have her back handspring but needs it quick. i’m afraid if i sign her up for beginners she will be with little kids and my daughter doesn’t want that. what do i do?

The coaches are very strict and my daughter quit first two weeks.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service and class options. Having NO flexibility with customers wanting to withdraw is narrow minded and translates to a money hungry enterprise known as Midwest. We have a strict policy. Yes, I can read the policy... but really. Really, what do they have to lose by accepting a drop notice before classes even resume for April? Only $. I firmly believe they do not care at all about losing my daughter as a student, they only care about losing my money.We were interested in the exercise and exposure to the sport, not in a competitive environment or the push to be on a team. Bottom line: Dont forget to submit your drop request In Writing by the last day of the month in order to be released from the program TWO months from then.

Women in front desk very bad with kids. Called one a little fruitcake.. Will not be returning.
