I want to acknowledge an associate that works at this location. His name is William (Billy)! Hands down offered the best customer service a customer could ask for. I had a few problems with packages being shipped to people who committed fraud and he was a big help when it came to getting my packages back. Always updated me when needed and went above and beyond to assist me. Thanks Billy! I’ll definitely be back here for all my shipping needs.
I called ahead about shipping a very large item. The person on said they could cut boxes and arranged them to my needs. I went in the next day, and was turned away. Either the staff were unwilling or unable to meet this request.
Went there on December 29th to return my order to Amazon, waited 40 min to be helped then when it was my turn to be helped the lady just scanned my return code and left my package on the side counter without putting it in the envelope to send it back and she just said NEXT. So I hoped my return will be successful but of course that did not happen. After 2 weeks I called them and they said that they are running behind with returns to Amazon because of Christmas. So I waited another week, called them again and yet again the same story. After a month I contacted Amazon and explained them the situation and they returned my money. THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS UPS STORE. They probably kept my package for themselves! Very disappointed!!!
They advertise public notary for your convenience. Stop by and get anything notarized. Oh wait, we dont have an on staff notary!! You will have to wait till next Thursday to get something notarized!! What a joke!!!

Do not print anything here. I have printed here 6-7 times using the online store and each time there has been something wrong with my order.

I would highly recommend not using this location at all. Went in there with a simple online print order pickup and they proceeded to tell me it wasnt there, and act like I was an idiot for doubting them. Called customer support and it took 3 seconds for him to tell me it WAS there.Showed both of the people working there my ID as well as the confirmation email AND number and they still couldnt figure it out.Quite honestly never met two people more unqualified in my life.
Ive never had an issue with this ups location, but today the associate was very short with me. I asked if they had tape for a package or if I could buy tape. She responded that she would take care of it. Thats not the problem. The problem was in the way she spoke and tossed the package to the side. I have a prepaid receipt for my package, but I would have liked for her to tape it in front of me so that I know it got done. When I asked if she was going to tape it, she rudely said she would take care of it. Fine. I just hope it gets done appropriately and gets shipped without any hiccups. Due to this experience, Im giving a 3. I dont understand the rudeness of people these days. If I treated my clients this way, I wouldnt have a business.
I shipped a brand new computer with UPS fully insured, fragile all over the box stamped and stickers. Paid the extra for shipping and handling. Yet they managed to drop the box multiple times and destroy the internals of the computer. The case itself wasnt damaged, but you could tell by the damaged box that was torn up and the delivery guy him self told the recipient that he dropped the box, then continued to shake it like Ace Ventura Pet Detective at the door. The packaging was very sturdy, even having the air packets inside of the pc to protect the internals. Yet they still managed to destroy the computer, then deny the claim for the insurance on a product they destroyed never shipping with them again.
I’ve been shipping and receiving at this location for quite a few years with terrific, friendly service.

On August 28 at about 3:30 I went in to return several Amazon items. The lady couldn’t have been more unenthused and rude. I was a bit confused because I thought I didn’t need boxes as I had QR codes supplied by Amazon. Finally got it sorted out although she was short on help and full on attitude. If it wasn’t so close to my house I would absolutely go elsewhere.
Young man opened door i was 2 minutes late they refused me had to leave.past there closing bad customer servicetalked later mgr not symapathetic
Went to drop off an important package before having to leave out of town for the day. The sign said they open at 8:00 a.m. Arrived at the store at 8:22 a.m. and store was closed. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Would give a zero if I could. Wish we were told the pkg we shipped had to have a signature required with delivery confirmation. Supposedly free, but my shipping receipt had a $4.75 unexplainable service options charge and a .20 CMS processing fee. Never again will I go there to ship. I was told UPS requires this during the holiday season. The pkgs I have received have not been signed for, nor has a driver knocked or rang the doorbell. Seems the right foot doesnt know what the left foot is doing. Go to the post office or fed ex people.

Dont go to the store if youre selling anything through makari. They have to call seven people even though theres a number on the macari at 4 to explain to the associate how to ship everything.
Make sure you have your Box taped they will charge you $2 to tape it.

Returned some DTV equipment. Jackie was my cashier. She was not friendly or helpful.
Got there @ 6:22, girl locking door. I point to my watch, she shrugs, turns around and walks away.
