I brought a lot of clothes in for dry cleaning and paid a good amount. They melted the buttons into/off of 2 pairs of pants and when I brought them back in to try and fix the mistake they replaced a couple of the buttons and left the rest melted into my pants. They speak no English so theres no communication and they do a poor job. The rest of my clothes smell worse than when I brought them in. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I accidently washed my silk shirt that was dry clean only and took it to J&J. They were able to restore it to its original condition. I will be going back for any other dry cleaning needs I have. Prices are reasonable as well.

They took me for $53! I ONLY needed 2 zipper repairs on 2 jackets. JJ cleaners fixed 1 zipper, left 1 zipper unrepaired, and dry cleaned both jackets!I told her I didnt want the jackets cleaned and to repair that other zipper. She INSISTED on charging me $53. SCAM ARTISTS!
