I love Cassandra! Great blood draw and so friendly! She is so sweet and respectful towards everyone that walks through the door. I had my glucose text done today so I had to stay in the office for an hour and many people came and went and she was so sweet to everyone!

Lady at desk was very very rude! She was flabbergasted when I asked for my orders back and said I will go somewhere else. lol Went to quest and saved over $200 dollars. pfff.... The staff at quest was so friendly and accommodating. Will never go back to Labcorp.

Quick in and out and painless professional blood draws from both nurses. I drive the extra mile for this comfort.

I just had my blood work done at the winfield office and let me tell you, I would NOT ever go anywhere else. My husband and I started using this lab over a year ago, I have small veins and I never have anyone that can find them. UNTIL now, The two girls that were there are the sweetest and I dont have to worry about getting poked around until they find a vein. My husband said the same thing as me. We will never go anywhere else. THANK YOU lab corp for having such sweet girls employed there.

A quick in and out. Was there when they opened. The nice lady at the desk was more than helpful and incredibly nice.

You know when they say they do pediatric labs? Dont do them. The ineptitude of the staff is mind blowing. The nurse actually tried to do a blood draw with an adult needle on an infant when she didnt have a baby needle. Even after digging around for over a minute she couldnt find the vein.

Reliable and fast get there early. No one here was rude or disrespectful. Myra was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you for being so professional and helpful!

Anita was fantastic. Very polite and professional. Clean and not noisy. Thumbs up Anita keep up the good work. I will say this though. Only 1 employee person there, so if theres multiple people might take a few mins. Otherwise great.

Front desk is incredibly rude. Was sent here for a simple drug screen for possible employment and was the only one in there. Very pushy and rushed and didnt answer any questions I had, wouldve gone somewhere else if I could have. Also rose her voice at me. Never going back. Is it so hard to be courteous to someone whos never done this?

The woman behind the front desk is ALWAYS incredibly rude. She does not greet the patients but instead snaps at them to sit down, but no instructions or an ill be right with you, just a go sit down. She always questions me with my orders and can never figure out how to enter the information she has been given so I have had to go back up to the office to have them fax the information directly to her and then she spends a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with said office figuring it out. Today my daughter had to drink something very tart in under two minutes for a lab and it was burning her throat - so I asked if she could have a drink of water since it was burning her. I knew it was unlikely but my kid is 6 - she already went through a lot that day and water is hardly asking for much. She barked No! From the other room and it was so harsh and loud that it made my kid jump. The male employee, Cedric, came over and explained why - he is incredible, btw. Please get rid of this woman. Replace her with Cedric.

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. The woman behind the desk was a nightmare. She was clearly irritable toward myself and the other woman in the office. She seems inconvenienced at any request or question. She would put her head in her hands and shake her head at me when she claimed the account number I provided was incorrect. She rose her voice and talked down to me. Then she would be horrible condescending when giving instruction. Do this, maam Sign this, maam. It was so clearly her way of giving attitude. Not that she hid it any other time. She gave me the wrong chain of custody form, a gross hippa violation, when I told her she gave me the wrong form she immediately got defensive, raised her voice, and told me it was my fault because I had an invalid account number. When I explained that it was someone elses form she backed down, but told me she was doing all she could since I didnt have a valid number. Mind you, I had the account number from the company, she was just convinced it wasnt correct.It honestly amazes me that this woman has a job. She was so incredibly rude and off-putting. Do not go here.

Every time I come here the staff is rude - today was no exception. I come here only because it is in the same building as my doctor, otherwise I would not put myself through this rude service.

I went to lab corp to take a simple drug test for a school program I recently got accepted into. The lady at the front counter was so rude and unprofessional. I felt like I was a bothersome just for walking in the door.

Sitting in their office right now. Horrible customer service. Asking me questions that I should be asking them. Rude in general. Not user friendly, since I’ve never been here before maybe explain your check in process slightly? When I walk in I was told I had to make an appointment online 10 seconds after I was told to walk in by my doctor next door. After I explained that, the lady said that I could just do the bloodwork right now. Just seems like staff was lazy and didn’t want to work...

Front desk not friendly at all. I couldnt hear this woman speak. She says my total without an explanation. It just felt weird. I wont return.
