My boyfriend got a haircut here and it looks absolutely awful!! He asked for a 1/2 inch on top and a fade and he did not get that at all. It looks like he just got a buzz cut with an uneven line in the back. The hair by his ears is longer than the rest of his hair. His “stylist” was rude to him and made it seem like it was his fault she messed up his hair cut. We will NEVER return due to this terrible haircut and unprofessional service. 0/10 do not recommend.Save your money and your hair!!!

Terrible service. Terrible welcome. Terrible cut. Don’t know the name of the lady who cut my hair but no one there is as welcoming or good as Amanda . That was just an awful experience probably the worst haircut experience I ever had. Sat in awkward silence during my haircut haha shoot Even before the cut two stylist got free and time slotted said 2 min until cut and I didn’t get a cut until probably 18 minutes later . That was bad.

Nicole is awesome, I’ve never had someone cut my hair with such detail, never in a rush, and I go every 7 days because of this!! She is the absolute best!!!!

My hair was horribly cut. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I explained the way I wanted it cut. I kept telling her it was not right, but she would not listen to me. After she was done, I tried to get someone else to fix it and they were rude.

Did a good job on my sons first haircut, but the girl who did it was rude and rushed and seemed to not understand a toddler probably won’t sit still for the first cut ? Wouldn’t give us a lightning bolt. But the cut was good!

Diane was my stylist and she never asked if I wanted a fade and never asked how much I wanted off the top. I now look like an egg and will probably be made fun of. Awful experience!!!

This place is a Joke you sign up online and wait 102 mins for your stylist then go in a half hr before your appointment only to be over looked by a walk in absolutely ridiculous has happened several times kayle was my stylist now after going there for a few years I’m done my time is valuable and if you make an appointment then be true to your time she has done this to me every time I go in not to mention this time there where two open people rude and unprofessional do yourself a favor and go to another place

What an amazing experience. This was the first time going here. Rachel( my hairstylist) did an absolutely fantastic job on my hair. She took the time to listen to me and made sure she was cutting my hair the way I liked it. My hair is extremely difficult to cut and style. One of my best haircuts I have gotten. Highly recommend!!!!

Started going to this location after a string of bad experiences at the one in Merrillville and everythings been great! Never had any issues checking in on the app, waiting too long, etc... Started bringing my 5yr old and they do a great job with him as well. Staff is always friendly, even if you walk in 20mins before close (thanks, Nicole!)

I love coming here. I get the MVP package and get a nice haircut followed up by a nice relaxing hot towel and hair wash topped off with a shoulder massage. The staff are attentive, friendly and make sure to ask specifically what Im looking for and ensuring they achieve the look. I like this place because they dont just hack it off and tell me I look good, they pay attention to me the customer. Feels good man

Amanda is the only good thing about this place. She is 5 star. But the place runs like garbage. 9 out of 10 times the app check in is worthless. Today it was off by 30 minutes, that’s after checking in an hour before. Sorry Amanda - when you change salons let me know... waiting 30-45 minutes every month is 8hrs a year wasted...

Love it here. Just a little too pricey. Can get the same cut sometimes better at Man Cave around the corner for 1/3 the price. But the hours here keep them on my list. A good cut that’s open after work and late on sat and sun make or break a place. Thumbs up overall

Bad place! I was there with my brother so he could have his haircut. We waited patiently 1 hour and 15 minutes for the service, but when the “on deck” was at the screen, the woman that should cut my brothers hair had another guy instead of my brother! Another guy that even was in the line! Personal friends dont have more rights than the other people! I definitely won’t be back!

I got the varsity service. My haircut was exactly what I wanted. My stylist was Victoria and she was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable and nice. The place is real comfortable and the price was certainly fair.

Very clean, didnt have sn appointment so I had to wait but it was worth it I got a great VIP hair cut. Next time in Crown Point Ill go back.

Typical sports clips experience from the ladies here. Not the best but they do make sure you are comfortable and happy with your haircut.

Worst place! They do not respect the wait line. I was there with my son on Sunday, November 3rd, waited 1hour and 15 minutes, when my sons name was on the screen saying on deck, this lady Kayleen, had one guy, seems to be a personal friend and jump the line with him. NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! HORRIBLE!

I really enjoyed the experience here. It is much more expensive than great clips, but they also do a much better job. The MVP is a must. If they didnt have the MVP, I would not go back.

Terrible the lady did not know how to line me up. She gave a part then decided to shave off the rest of the hair line. Now half my hairline is screwed the other is fine. Told the lady don’t bother to line me up. Waste of my money never comin her again

Bad hair cuts for both my boys. They both showed pictures of what they wanted and both girls didnt get it right. Very disappointed because they asked both girls if they could mock the cut and they said yes. They were nice but they were way off on the cuts. They did comp one cut and give discount cards. Im not angry just very disappointed. Next time going back to Big Leagues in St. John.

Not happy with working here. I was told I would get atleast 20-25 hours a week. I did like the Manager Kathy at Shererville location. She helped me alot when first started working there. I got moved to Crown Point location because I wanted something closer to my house. So I wasnt wasting alot of gas to go back and forth.. Crown Point was a quicker drive from me, and better decision for my husband and I. When started working at Crown Point. My hours went from 10 hours one week, to 5 hours one week, to zero hours one week. Giving some of the women 35-40 hours.. Right around the Holidays when my family needed it the most. No one ever asked me if I was ok with that. My second paycheck I did not get paid on time. It was four days after all the other girls.. The Owner didnt seem Professional, and concerned over my paycheck. I never received an apology, or concern for any of that matter from him. Im glad I was able to find a new job around the Holidays. Thank God he was taking care of it.
