Knight automotive got my AC working great again on my 94 Camry. Also fixed my motor mounts so the care doesnt vibrate while accelerating. This is my 3rd time dealing with them and I will say Ive found my fixer upper shop. They do it right the first time. Yes. I will be returning when necessary.

Honest and very professional. Went in twice. Once for AC repair and second for a second opinion on brakes. Bill said brakes are good and no need for a replacement at the moment. They didnt try to sell me a service I did not need. Will definitely be going to Knight Automotive first from now on.

I had a 3rd party warranty on my SUV, after calling numerous auto mechanic businesses Knight automotive was the only place that would honor my warranty. Im greatful for the others declining it, because Knights automotive did an amazing job,. My ac compressor locked up which broke my serpentine belt, and for some strange reason locked my alternator as well, they kept in touch with me in a very timely manner as to how things were going. They also found ways to work with me due to I worked late and i could not get there by the time they closed. They will now be my go to mechanic for my vehicle problems, I will recommend them to my family and friends. Previously had left my car at a Best One all day and upon pickup my car hadn’t been touched, when I called on a Friday they got me Scheduled for Monday. Sunday night my brake pad completely snapped while moving my car around the driveway. Had it not been for Knight getting me in so quickly I wouldn’t have had a vehicle for work that week. I had taken my jeep to get new tires and they told me I had a bad bearing. I called Knight automotive and asked them if I could drop off my car, they were busy with work and said they could do the job in a few days. Bill asked me the issue and I told him & he advised me it was risky to be driving it around and to bring it right away. He was concerned and would do the job as soon as he could he called me the next day and the car was ready! I have nothing but great things to say about their shop they get the job done and charge a fair value. Finding a mechanic that is good and cares is rare.

We have been taking our vehicles to Knight for years. I wouldnt go anywhere else! It sometimes takes a few days to get in but they always have your vehicle back as quick as possible. Id rather wait and get quality work at an honest price than get in same day and overpay for shoddy work.

This was my first time for repair work by this shop. I chose it based on word of mouth and reviews. I am picky and do my own maintenance and most repairs. I am always hesitant to have shops work on my vehicles. I inspect all work done afterwards. That being said....I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the work I had done and this shop in general from drop off to pickup up to driving the vehicle to inspection of work. Pleasant, no pressure, clear and patient with explaining the repair work needed and cost breakdown and parts required, available when I called in, prompt on calling me back and ordering parts, fair and reasonable pricing, work done in timely manner, flexible in options for work being done to fit my budget and situation, the work was done well and clean, no issues after pickup, the work was done correctly. I had moderate to major work needed....rack and pinion for steering needed replacing and a front axle work. I am cheap and picky and my overall feeling about this experience is that it was money well spent as I was treated well throughout the process and the work was done correctly at a fair price in a great time frame. I feel that I was treated as an individual and that my vehicle was a priority to be taken care of and fixed correctly. I could not have asked for anything to be handled any better in any way. Simply a quality, competent, fair and friendly shop. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you for the great service!

My car failed emissions testing. I was recommended this shop from a friend. They said that they’re family only comes here for car repairs. I’m really glad I took their advice and tried Knight’s. I went in because there was a creaking sound in my car whenever I would turn. They did a thorough inspection and told me what exactly needed fixing as well as the prices. The prices were very reasonable, and I even ended up paying less than what I thought! I was also given a curtesy car to drive while mine was being worked on. They finished repairing it in less time than originally said, and I was able to pick it up in the same day! They were very friendly and professional. Had a check engine light appear on New Year’s Eve. Took my car in at 10am without prior diagnostics. They had the malfunctioning fuel injector replaced and my car back to me by 4pm the same day. They were up front and honest with the repair and cost. They even checked out other issues I had asked about and advised on potential future repair path and cost. Will use them again for both planned maintenance and ad hoc repairs.

I took my F 150 in for intermittent check engine light. They diagnosed it as a catalytic converter ( 209000 miles on truck )They replaced it for way less then a Ford dealer and also a little less they there original estimate. They are always friendly and helpful with all your concerns. Will use them anytime i have an automotive issue. Highly recommend them to everyone.
