I brought my car here after my accident, they didnt repair it, not because they couldnt insurance wouldnt cover the costs. Despite that they were always friendly whether it was over the phone or in person. Any employee I came into contact with was helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this place based on customer service alone!

I would not have even given them one star but that was the only way I could post this review. We took our truck to Auto Design after my husband was in a wreck back in December. My husband informed them that we only had liability insurance and to only fix it enough to get it running. After making repeated calls to see how much it was going to cost, we were informed three weeks later (after it was fixed) that the bill was $6,000. Our truck was only worth $4,000. We are refusing to pay for this. Auto Design claimed that we gave our permission for these repairs over the phone. This is not true. We would never have authorized this amount. We would have just sold the truck for parts. We would never recommend Auto Design and wish we had never done business with them.

I highly recommend Auto Design. They did the great job for my car. And they are very kindly.
