Arnie has been the worst to work with. He was supposed to finish my electric for a pool months ago. Inspector had come out and failed the job he did for my pool... Then Arnie promised the inspector he would be back out to fix it and he never showed up. He doesn’t answer my calls and still hasn’t been back out to fix the problem. He is unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend anyone to use him. Worst experience of my life with electricians. But I guess the saying goes you get what you paid for.

If I could give this company more stars i would..as the name says they are AFFORDABLE and do an amazing job and you know whats unique other than the friendly service and the great job they do, its when they say they will be at your house by a certain time THEY ARE!! will continue to hire them.

Arnie is constantly making inappropriate jokes to the employees, staff and customers . Im a customer and have been for years. The way he acts as a business owner is unacceptable. I feel uncomfortable when Im in there now cuz you never know what hes gonna say next.

I am in town at my mom’s and needed an affordable, professional, and experienced electrician fast. I found Troy on another site and called him because he had over 100 great reviews there. Let’s face it, everyone has 5-10 family members who can write a review. Troy was fantastic over the phone and suggested I try a few things before he came out so I wouldn’t have the expense if it wasn’t necessary. He was on time and fixed everything (we had three issues) promptly and neatly. He’s a very personable man, as well. I would highly recommend Affordable Electric and will look no further if the need arises.

Had to get parts for families generac generator have to wait maybe a couple weeks but at least they knew what I needed

The service was prompt and excellent. Our power went out during a storm and the generator did not come on. Unfortunately, my father had just been released from the hospital on oxygen. With only 4.5 hours of oxygen along with this being a very new experience, I had to think fast. One call to Arnie and he repaired the generator within the half hour. Very satisfied customer and the customer service was genuine.

This review is based solely on my experience. Upgrading to a tool that cuts my labor time in half is an asset. Milwaukee has demonstrated that they have a quality tool but they need to research their repair outlets to maintain the quality of the Milwaukee name . I contacted Milwaukee tools about a problem I was experiencing with my powered grease gun. I was directed to have the warranty service completed at this repair facility or given the option to send it in for repair to be made. Thinking that a local establishment would provide a more efficient repair service, I opted for that. My daughter dropped off the grease gun. 3 days go by and not a single follow up call. I depend on my tools on a daily basis to conduct my job. The facility fails to understand the importance of that. The woman I spoke with was rude and lacked customer service skills. She stated that it would be 10-15 days before my tool would be evaluated, further more stating that they repair everything from curling irons to motors and they were very busy.” I expressed my dissatisfaction with the evaluation time. Regardless of how I expressed the importance of having my tools. She could have cared less. Upon realizing that I was not going to change the status quo, I demanded to speak with the owner/manager. I told the woman I would be by to pick up my grease gun, I was not going to tolerate the rudeness nor the indignation. Several hours elapsed and while in route to pick up my tool, I was finally contacted by the owner. We had a very good conversation and upon concluding that conversation I Afforded them the opportunity to make good, I was told it would be looked at the next business day. The following business day I received a call from the owner updating me with the initial evaluation. I was told it would be 3 days to have the parts and get the repairs done. Well another week goes by, not a single follow up call to update me was made. I get a voice message that states the repairs were completed, I called them to confirm. At no time was I told that I would incur an expense for a warranty related repair. The courtesy of such conversations is invaluable. This type of communication avoids embarrassing moments of sending your daughter back up there to retrieve the tool and having to scrounge around to find $6.00 for a $1.99 tube of grease. I will be sending my tools into Milwaukee from this point forward. Until this facility recognizes and values customer service. Word of mouth advertising can make or break most businesses today. For this company to represent a reputable organization like Milwaukee is a kick in the teeth to the Milwaukee name

Excellent Service and Reasonable! I needed my outdoor light post replaced and a coupled of receptacles replaced. They quoted me over the phone and it was very reasonable. I spoke with a gentlemen there and told him I had the light post kit already and he said no problem, we will use that if we can and save you money. The tech came out and did the work very quickly and did a great job. This will be my go to from now. Thank you Affordable Electric!

Did not explain electrician jargon/definitions when explaining things. Instead of turning off power to exposed wires for bath vanity, he alternated it with bathroom lighting switch and almost shocked another contractor. Installed wrong switch and the removed outlet when I only wanted the the second switch (the original setup) reinstalled. Charged me to fix the mistake. When fixing mistake electrician found bad ground which they charged me for. If installing the wrong 2 switch setup the day before it should have been tested to see if it worked right. So why didnt he see the ground was bad then....it seemed shady. Do not remonmand Ethan, but the ladys in office where nice and helpful and the owner was informative and to the point.

Probably the most honest tradesman I know. Called for same day service and they were there 2 hours later (to hook up a hot hub so it was not an emergency). These guys are my electricians from here on out. Thank you for being honest and professional.
