They do a very good job of keeping the complex clean.

After looking at all the apartments in crown point, I am so glad I chose cypress point. It’s a great community here and all my neighbors are the sweetest. Not to mention management, they are so informative and always on the ball. The only issue would be parking, It would be so much better if Everyone had assigned parking spaces like they do at every other complex.

Got a short term lease here and was treated like family. The property manager Mariam, was always great, kept the buildings and the property on point. They had a lot of options at renewal time but I was in the process of buying a home so I only needed short term. The maintenance was great!

I had a best 5 years of my living experience in cypress pointe apartment! Apartments are safe and clean, and entire staff, and as well as, their services related to maintenance is provided in a well professional way. Always response quickly to any issue and get them fix on time. Highly, recommended this apartment.

I moved here over a year ago and felt the complex could use improvements. However, since Miriam has taken over the leasing office and management of the property she has exceeded expectations. She promptly addresses any concerns and genuinely cares about the complex and its residents. She has made great improvements to the landscaping and the pool has never looked better. Not only are the apartments in a great location and reasonably priced, you will not find a better property manager. Home sweet home for sure!

I applied for for this complex accidentally as we have a Cypress Point in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I called and spoke with Chelsea wbo was assisting me with my application and once she realized that I was in VA she apologized for the mix up and offered to refund me my application fee of $50. I called and emailed to follow up on the return of the $50 & Chelsea will not respond to any emails, and I spoke with Miriam who said she was the property manager who would be doing the refund. Today is October 12, 2020 and this started on September 29, 2020 and to date no refund has been issued. This company is a scam because they knew it was an honest accidental application submission and they will not refund me my $50.00 after I stated I was not moving from VA. Do not do business with themUpdate: Although they claim the refund was done on 10/6/20 nothing is in my account at all

Stayed there till my Condo was done. Very clean, neat, and safe! The front office was great ( Navada and Meaghan) they always took care of things ASAP. Very convenient, and Professional. Highly Recommended5 Star

We have been here for about three months and love it! The day we moved in the apartment was clean and move in ready. The neighbors are nice and it’s pretty quiet. There is a nice mix of families and couples and singles. The girls in the office are very nice and helpful. We really enjoy living here!Update...Going into our second year here..and still happy! Really love our apartment and our neighbors..the complex is also updating constantly! A very nice maintained apartment complex!

I have lived at Cypress Pointe for a little over and year now, and I absolutely LOVE it! Yes, it is apartment living so you do not have all the luxuries of a home. My boyfriend and I are very happy to live at Cypress until we decide to purchase a house. The maintenance staff is PHENOMENAL! Every time we have had an issue, they have responded right away and are always very friendly! They do a wonderful job at maintaining the property to look nice and well kept. The girls in the office are the best! Always very friends and polite when we stop in to pick up a package. One thing we really like is that we can pay our rent online. We have been out of town a few times and forgotten to drop off our rent check before we left, the online pay is such a convenience! We have suggested Cypress Pointe to a few of our friends, some have moved in already and seem to like the property and staff just as much as we do!

Very pleased with my unit here at Cypress Pointe. The units are updated and clean, great location, reasonably priced and the staff is awesome. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very nice and clean when I moved in. The grounds are well kept. The staff is very friendly and answered all my questions. The location is perfect and tucked away in a nice residential neighborhood. My neighbors seem to all know each other and have been very nice as well. It really feels like home.

Ive been at Cypress for over 5 years now. Its a nice, quiet place to live. Office staff is very friendly and always helpful and maintenance is always very quick to address any issues. Renewing my lease is an easy decision every year!

I have lived at cypress for about 4 years now and have had nothing but a great experience! Everything from the maintenance guys to the friendly, helpful girls at the office! All around great complex to live.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. They are unwilling to pro rate the last week we need until our new place is ready. Asking a tenant who is in good standing to pay $1034.00 for a one bedroom apartment for 7 days is insane. So if you ever plan to move anywhere else and need a little wiggle room on your lease date and an apartment to work with you stay clear of this place.

I lived there for two years. They never fixed anything we put requests in for (a man even picketed about this, calling them slumlords). They also told us we would get refunded when we returned their $50 workout room key; that didnt happen. So get every single thing in writing or theyll just laugh it off and youre screwed. When we moved they took our new address to forward things to us. I had a very expensive package sent their and they returned to sender, claiming they never got anything. Sure, theyre nice to your face but they handle their business horribly. This place isnt worth the headaches.
