They false advertised time of open and their vacuum machine took my $1.50, no ones there on duty and this is ridiculous.

The laundry part sucks washers dont spin ur cloths dryers dont dry u cloths and the heavy duty washers lock ur cloths in when u call them they dont come till u say u gonna get ur cloths out the best way u can then they mad cause u cant break there machine

Barely anything works in there, none of the washers seemed to work and ate peoples money and hardly any dryers worked, so if you don’t wanna waste your money, don’t bother coming here and hand wash your clothes instead haha

I would give less than one star if it was possible. After I started putting my money in one of the machines at $0.75 it clicked and said error and went back to $3. Put a quarter and another machine and it clicked and said error and went back to $3. Theres no way to contact anybody so basically they just stole my money and my time.

HORRIBLE PLACE. AFTER JUST GOING THRU A HURRICANE ISNT ENOUGH.....Over 20 machines and maybe 8 worked. I put clothes in one with no tape over coin slot took my 2.50 and didnt work. Left to go to another laundry mat, in Lafayette and realized Id left some clothes in tripleloader. Hurried back all the while trying to call but no answer. I get there and my clothes had been taken out of non-working tripleloader and someone had stolen some of them and the rest had bleach all over them. AS IF A HURRICANE ISNT ENOUGH to take my stuff some lowlife steals what little a have left and splashes bleach on the rest

I lost money $3.50, twice, and detergent, and time. This is so frustrating when there are no other places here in Crowley. No one working to assist or refund, and no phone numbers to call.

What a rip off. You should be ashamed praying on poor people. The better business Bureau needs to go in there and spend what i did today on your machines. Shame on you

Thank you to sudsys for ripping me off again and giving me push to purchase a washer . i cant really afford it but cant afford to be stolen from going to this place.. You really should sell it to someone who will take care of it and not want to make money stealing from people

This place is pathetic. If I could have, I wouldve given it half a star. No A/C, no restroom, change machine doesnt work, most of the machines dont work. I lost 10 quarters in a washing machine with no running water or sign saying it was out of order.

The laundromat has some great washers and most dryers work great as well, Ive only had one occasion where the dryer didnt work but it was only $1 I lost so it wasnt a big deal....was kinda scared at 1st because I didnt know if it was gonna b awkward being around people I dont known but many people just start talkin 2 u, havent had any bad experiences here and will definitely go again if I need 2!!

Every time i go i get nervous when theres a lot of people there but the people r always nice and i never have any trouble, i did get a dryer that wouldnt get hott but it didnt bother me that much, sometimes when i go theres some trash on the floor but i stay while my clothes r there so i normally pick up the trash while im not doin anything cus y not?? I bring my daughter and she normally plays wit any kids that r over there, very nice people

About a third of the machines work

So I come to this laundry on a Sunday morning. No staff on site. The first two machine I sank $3.50 in each and light didnt and no water. This place is outdated no extra like laundry detergent or dryer sheets to buy. You may want to look else for your laundry service.

The washers are expensive and none of the dryers work well unless you run them for over an hour
