These people are the rudest….absolutely NO customer service. they never greeted me nor thanked me. They also have a sign that says no masks required and none of them are wearing masks while the Delta strain of COVID is rampant here. It’s as if they are being court-ordered to do this job - they are NOt happy people! Try a different location if you have a choice. Never Again!!!

Location: It’s hard to find the location, it’s behind a big bush. Also, theres lot of construction right in front of the facility, so allow yourself time to loop around at least once (some areas because of the construction is one way) GPS navigated to go passed the railroad crossing but it’s in the complex right before the crossing, next to the gas station. Pictures are added to help see the location.Service: I was in and out within 10 minutes. But the employees there seemed annoyed or just put out they have to work.

I showed up approximately 40 mins early to my appointment due to driving a good distance so I enter the building and was faced with a VERY unpleasant man behind the glass window who told me to sign in and write my appointment time down. A lady came through the doorway while I was getting my paper out that had the exact appointment time on it and she laughed and said you drove somewhere not knowing your appointment time in a very rude tone I said I know my appointment time was 11:40 I wanted to double check to make sure and I showed up early to my appointment because I drive a good distance so I would rather be early to my appointment than late she said well sign in and sit down like I was a small child. Upper management needs to make sure they have better customer service at this location I am a paying customer and would like to be treated with better respect entering a place such as this. It’s obvious that they both hate their job and would rather be somewhere else so maybe they should be spoken to about their future with the company if they treat people the way they treated me today.

Fast and friendly... if youve never had your prints taken it helps to relax your fingers.

Absolutely do not use the Crowley location. Office location isnt marked as you cannot see it. I mentioned to the staff that the really needed to work on it. Instead of just agreeing and moving on the wanted to argue that they were right. I let it go and went in to get fingerprinted and out of the blue she brings up that I dont need to be rude. Not one single bit of customer service. The attitude was take it or leave...... so I left.

CONSTRUCTION close by give yourself extra time to get there. If you have a 8 am appt expect the door to open until about 8:05 am. Also appointments are scheduled at the same time as 2-3 others. Unfriendly customer service. When my credit card and debit card both didnt go through I was told I need to call my bank. When I called they verified no purchase was made and nothing flagged. I explained this to the man and he was not understanding that it wasnt my cards. I was told to call my bank again and figure out why I cant use my cards or go get a money order bc other customers cards were working just fine, which was a lie. I was the first customer that day. When I tried to get a money order across the street and was unsuccessful I returned and was told that they rebooted their system and now everything is working. (this could have been done while I was there). I didnt receive a courtesy call or an apology that it was fixed and could now return to use my card. I had to redo my fingerprints and was able to use my card just fine. It was a very frustrating experience that couldve been avoided if they had better customer service.

Fast, efficient and helpful! Staff was pleasant and respectful.

Hardest part is finding it. Its like they tried very hard to make it confusing. Extreme construction at the corner makes the effort harder. Tiny sign in front, then in front of the actual office, theres a enormous tall bush that also almost hides the entrance. Very simple inside, bare bones. Tiny lobby. Receptionist, an old white male, kept coughing. Not good in covid days. Young girl who did the fingerprinting was methodical and fast. This is where you go because you have to, not by choice. It is what it is. I was there for fingerprinting required for a teaching job. Stick to the basics here.

Don’t waste your time go somewhere else the lady at the front was rude and refused to give me a time on how long it would take as I literally watched people pull up and go right back.
