This is the nicest laundromat Ive ever used. I am an RV camper and have been in many laundries over the years, in lots of towns and states. West Avenue Laundry was exceptionally clean (the floor shined), there were lots of washers and dryers that performed well, change machines that worked poperly and the staff were helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this business.

Very modern laundromat with payment options of card or quarters.Extremely clean and several vending options for snacks and drinks as well as a play area for kids.Self launder hours are 5:00am - 7:30pm.They also offer onsite laundry services but I do not know the pricing for these services.

It is a well kept clean business, machines work well and you dont have to worry about them eating your money and buy some chance it does there is someone on duty to help out. Oh and they have really nice restrooms.

Wash and Fold advertises opening at 10:00. Waited until 10:30 and left. Thats about as unprofessional as it comes. If there was an emergency, someone else should have there. Its not that hard to use a phone to all for backup. SMH

I have only used the machines and the are clean and very efficient. The whole place is kept clean by the busy staff between the requests with the laundering services they offer as well.

The guy that was working there was awesome! He had us rolling laughing! Made the whole boring trip of washing clothes kinda fun 😁 he made the whole atmosphere better and was very helpful. Its a nice clean place to do your laundry.

The machines eat your money, and overheat to the point a button BRANDED my arm but dont get wrinkels out. The credit machines charge multiple times when you can get to one. and bring cash because there isnt an ATM. When I brought my burnt to the owner she said that its a dollar for ten minutes they dry fast.. okay but then why did I have to move the laundry to another machine for 15 more minutes to get the wrinkles out. She could care less about the burn or her customers!

Excellently maintained. Great friendly staff. Xtra large washers/dryers are a godsend. Closes early so get there early in enough time to wash/dry. Also open on sundays but closed i see for some holidays.

I read some bad reviews and I wasnt sure about the place but i think its a great place. Theres a few different size washers the biggest one is 8.50 or 8.75 if you swipe your card. The wash is very quick. Everything is very clean. The dryers are massive and cost 1 dollar so even if you had to use 2 bucks still not bad. Theres wifi. Nice chairs and tables. Vending machines and some arcade machines. Last wash at 730 and doors lock at 730. According to their indoor sign. Much cheaper and time efficient than my apartment complex laundry room.

The one lady that normally closes doesnt talk to the customers very nice, she shuts down the bathroom at 630 when they close at 730 and she gripped at me for getting there at 645 when I only had to dry. She trys rushing every one out of there.

The washers and dryers are great but the lady with shoulder length curly hair that works Sundays was rude and disrespectful to my mother and I. Need friendlier people to work here. Not some woman who is going to be rude to people.

But it was the best experience evee in laundry mat. I worked i one up in Va. as a teenager from age 13 to 19 in my home town .. I believe we all have bad days at our jobs. So sometimes when the workers seem rude to u maybe its just u.!! Im there 2 times a week and have never experience a rude employee. I remember my first visit. I had gotten a pair of shorts stuck in the door and caused a flood I so wanted to clean it up myself but the 2 employees were so nice as I kept apologizing they voth stepped up shut off the machine with a smile on their faces and together cleaned it up restarted the machine and went on about their duties. All this on a busy Sunday and only 1 and half hours before closing.. 5 star laundry hands down...

Their always trying to close the store two hours before the actual closing time. They make you feel like youre a burden by being there. I was there last night with my kids and the lady closed everything. We couldnt use the bathrooms or even walk out of the area that she had quarantined us to and they still had 30 minutes to close. We couldnt even finish drying our clothes, let along fold them. We will not be returning.

We had our 11 month old grandson with us and he was happy and yelling as a baby does and the little red head lady told us that he was bothering her and we needed to do something with him. What a rude person. Its a laundry mat not library I thought. So rude and kept saying take him outside. Hatefulness isnt the way

Love this laundry mat, but it does bother me that in the middle of changing a load,folding, or even getting quarters the employee is always blocking off areas to mop or clean throughout the day not just at closing time (which is awesome that its being done) this all happening where people are trying to finish up their clothes... Sometimes making people feel like a burden for using the business..

This place is awesome. The employees are helpful and nice. The dryers are wicked fast and good. I had 3 loads of clothes in a one dollar for 10 min dryer and they were done in twenty min,,,,,jeans and all. This is our go to place when we are in town. Love it.

I have been travelling the last few months from Florida to Tennessee, and this is by far the nicest cleanest laundromat I have been to while on the road, or ever actually. The washers and dryers are huge. The bathrooms and floors are spotless. the staff are friendly and helpful. I accidentally left a stack of shorts on one of the machines, and one of the staff members picked them up and put them in the back for me until I realized what I did. Ive seen some comments about them being expensive but you get what you pay for, and I am able to get in and out of here in a hour with 2 weeks worth of clothes. Great place.

The facility is extremely clean & the machines work well for the most part. The older lady that works there later in the evening is Extremely unpleasant. Three times when we have arrived around 7 (just to dry, Not wash) she has complained that she wants to go home & that we need to hurry so she’s not late. She also fusses every time that we cannot leave. We have not yet been there past 745 pm (closing is 8pm) so she has not had to stay over, yet every time she complains & says the same thing

Two old women working tonight very rude. At 6:30 an hour and a half before closing time, started going around policing the laundry machines then telling people their laundry is done or not started and that they are wanting to get out of here and go home. I understand people like to go home on time but they can be respectful about it and not be so aggressive and rude to the customers and embarrass them in front of other customers.It is not a picnic for me either to have to go to a laundry mat and I would like to go home as well but I am not complaining about it to them or other customers in the building. Show some professionalism and a little respect.

Modern clean facility. Very nice staff. Really nice machines and a wide selection to choose from. With the A/C, Tvs and plenty of seating it makes the time pass a little quicker while your waiting on laundry to finish.

I love this laundromat. It has industrial size washers and dryers...handy to wash / dry bedspreads and blankets if your machine at home cant do them!

We were out of town and saw that the place looked clean and at 8:55pm the open sign was on and the lights...so any logical person would think its open..a Lexus pulled up lady got out and said they were not opened! And that we needed to go on.. I expressed that the sign said ON.. SHE WAS THE OWNER AND VERY RUDE!

When i first started coming here, it was wonderful. Free wifi, friendly staff, and little arcade area.Now there is no wifi, arcade has been taken out, and there is never any heat. Its 28 degrees outside and there is little to No heat.I think its time to find a different laundromat.

The place is cleaner than most but the prices to dry are ridiculous 8 minutes for a dollar.. I told the attendant that was a little expensive and was told I could always go somewhere else...wow so not only do they rip you off but they have a pretty cavalier attitude about it too.. on the plus side it is nice and clean and they have free wifi... just expensive

Rude. Wanted to explain. When you go in to do laundry and they are cleaning around you good that they do BUT they should not chastize you for having to walk across wet floor. They could clean after locking doors etc.

Very updated and clean.. Also quite expensive. They have card swiper attached to the washers which is very convenient. Small play area for kids with arcade and free WiFi.

A little pricey and isnt open past 8pm. But overall its clean and all the machines work. The dryers alternate between two and three mins per quarter, which is strange. Couldnt you just make it three mins? Im not a huge fan but I live two minuets away from there so Ill be using it until I get my Washer and Dryer set up at home.

I am from Auburn Alabama and I normally do my laundry at home but I am visiting here in Crossville Tennessee. This is a really nice laundry mat but the prices are little too much just to wash some clothes. I have never seen a laundry mat with a arcade, kids area, lounge for you to sit in and etc. It says they have free wifi but when I ask the guy for the password he said they dont offer wifi. I am a little annoyed for sure.

Yeah this is a great laundromat very very clean very friendly employees price is a little steep but your machines to get the job done so you might as well go and they got a game room for the kids and vending machines and free coffee.

I was excited when I seen the machines, cleanliness and was greeted with a smile. However my night was ruined after my money was in the over priced machines and the attitude appeared. I had not been to a laundromat in over a decade. So, I asked all sorts of questions before I started. I was answered with a smile and was even joked with. I told the attendant I needed to grab a couple things from the store, and then was told no problem to go ahead, also I was told If I wanted to bring food back there I could. When I returned, I get the You should have brought the food here to eat it! Of course we had, it was in the car... We had planned on sticking the cloths into the drying and then eating. However the attendant had a whole new attitude. I had been gone 45 minutes, which for picking up stuff at Walmart and then grabbing food at a drive thru on a Saturday night... That is pretty fast. Upon arrival, my cloths was being tossed out of the washers. There was no one waiting on my washer. Only 3 other loads of clothes being washed in the building with 30+ washers... I tried to apologize for not being there when the washer cut off but was snapped at and told I wouldnt have time to dry my cloths. When I said I had 40 minutes before the washers cut off, the attendant got angry. Lots of fussing, looks and nasty behavior. A gentleman walked in as I had finished putting my wet cloths in the dryer. Nothing was said to him. I walked out to the car to eat my food and get away from the attendant who was then looking and scowling at me through the windows, all the while talking aggressively to some friends at a table in front of our car. I ended up getting my dry cloths out before two other folks was even gone. I was not the only person that received the snide and sharp treatment, anyone who came in contact or walked in front of the attendant while doing something got snapped at. No wonder there so few people there on a Saturday night with so many washers available. Whatever you do, if you go there be prepared for two things. Overprice machines and Attitude. I believe the attendant was hoping to make people go home early to dry their cloths. It almost worked. I was furious but stayed anyways due to me not being the only one there.Oh and to top it all off! The cloths she had taken out before I got there, not all was with my wet cloths when I was taking them to the dryer.. She ended up bringing me a shirt that was not near my buggy of cloths she had removed.. I checked the floor and everywhere to make sure I had them. I have no idea where she pulled it out of but I know one thing I would rather go elsewhere and wash more loads of cloths than go back there and spend right at $55 to wash and dry them with that type of service. Has things changed so much in the last 10 years that attendants have to be all in your business at the laundromat?!?

Place is clean but over priced.. they advertise free Wi-Fi but had it shut off because they were hacked . Attendants are pushy and rude I was told I had to use the mens bathroom because they were scrubbing grout in the womens bathroom during freaking business hours. The echos from the TVs gave me a headache. I went one time with my daughter and she was told the bathrooms were closed more than 20 minutes before closing ... we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.
