I have made several purchases from Badcock Furniture and I have always had an enjoyable experience. They are always friendly and helpful and answer any questions about whatever concerns you have. Delivery people are exceptional and very friendly and polite. I would recommend this company for any home or garden equipment purchases.

When we entered the store we were greeted by a young man who offered to help us. We told him we wanted to look at recliners and he pointed to the back of the store telling us they were in front of the TVs. He did not accompany us (no other customers in store) and we had no one to explain features and prices. My husband actually observed the young man standing at the back watching TV. Eventually we found a chair we liked and I had to go to the counter to find help. Sandy was there and was very nice. I had dealt with her on prior purchases. She helped us to complete our purchase. Also, a $99 delivery for taking a chair 10 miles is utterly ridiculous!

I absolutely love our store here in Crossville. (#861) The staff is always super friendly and never pushy. When I have wanted something that wasnt in stock, they ordered it and got it in quickly, no problem whatsoever. I reccomend Badcock for all you home furnishing needs 😊

Purchased a full bedroom suit and dining room table set in November 2020 during Black Friday. Received bedroom suit in December 2020. Dining set in March due to backorder. Have called store, emailed corporate, texted my sales rep, and had made known to the delivery guy of the table in March of a defective Chest in our bedroom suit that the top had split across less than 1 month after recieving it in December. Manufacturer defect that should be covered for 1 year from purchase in which the materials that were used had too much moisture when built, after sitting in a controlled climate in my home, the wood split, hasnt been moved since it was delivered in December. I have not gotten a response from the store, the corporate office, the sales rep or anyone else after the delivery guy said he would report back to his boss. Disappointing that after spending a few thousand dollars that a simple customer complaint about the quality of the purchase cannot be addressed. I did not purchase their so called insurance on items, because I am not rough on furniture and if it broke by my own doing I would just fix it myself or pay to replace. However when the materials are defective, you should respond to your customer.Actually fixing the situation earns badcock a revised review. Although as of now they dont deserve it.

Fast, easy, hassle free financing. The store staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Great experience. I was preapproved before I went into the store and after making my selection at the store, the purchasing process only took about 10 minutes. Only thing I was disappointed about was the merchandise wasnt able to be delivered until a week later due to services being backed up, but the associate assured me she would try to get it delivered sooner if at all possible. Will definitely purchase in the future from this store.

Nice and friendly place.

Saleslady was helpful and not pushy. Was able to get what I needed ordered before work last Friday. It arrived today as scheduled. Delivery people were courteous and setup furniture as I requested. The website is very helpful in knowing what the store has ahead of time, including prices.

Excellent customer service they went above and beyond our expectations. The credit application was easy and we got exactly what we wanted we will definitely be returning for more furniture.

It was a horrible decision to purchase a Troy-Bilt mower from Badcock. The riding lawnmower is not even a year old and it will not run. After spending $150+ on trying to get it up and running the mower is nothing more than a glorified lawn ornament. The manufacturer refuses to honor the warranty. So the purchase of the extended warranty was a complete and utter waste of money. I guess they sell the extended warranty because they are aware of the poor quality of Troy-Bilt products. Please never buy a Troy-Bilt anything! Now I understand why the online reviews are 95% negative. I will never purchase anything from Badcock again, the same goes for Troy-Bilt. I hope this review will help save someone the frustration, wasted time, and wasted money that my family and I have experienced.

The staff went above and beyond helping me find the right furniture for me . They were very friendly and helpful with my experience with Badcock Furniture !! Very pleased with the professionalism of the staff .

Sales people were helpful and patient while we shopped. Only thing to be wary of was the extended warranty It was presented as at home for the chair we bought only to find that any service was done at home AFTER the original 12 mos . warranty expired.
