To start with nobody answered the phone when I called multiple times and nobody has been in the shop every time Ive tried to go up there. I called at least seven different computer repair shops in Crossville that day and didnt get a hold of but one who said they would call me back and they never did so my faith and computer repair shops in Crossville is completely depleted.
