I just could not believe my eyes when the pet stains that had literally ruined my dads carpet came clean and the carpet looks brand new! Great company and very professional. He takes pride in his work.

Couldnt ask for better service.

Had my whole house cleaned. Have a large German Shepherd. I had vacuumed and vacuumed to get up all the hair so I thought before they arrived. They spent another 30-40 minutes vacuuming up more. Treated my carpets for pets, fleas, flea larva. Carpets came clean looking almost as good as new. They took time in each step to do the job right and make sure it was clean as possible. Greg did a great job cleaning the 45 year old carpet in what use to be my parents house There was quite a few stains in the carpet and he did a remarkable job pretreating them and shampooing them. I cant say enough positive about the job that was done for me ..I had an emergency situation with a sectional sofa I purchased that was supposed to be from a smoke free home..it wasnt and due to health issues with my young son I had to do something immediately . My wife contacted Greg by email on 10/16 requesting a quote for cleaning three bedrooms and a living room and explained that she would like to have the work completed on 11/6. Greg responded immediately with a price and even a pricelist. The appointment was confirmed for 11/6 at 9am and that was that.On 11/6, Greg texted my wife letting her know that he was headed our way and arrived just before the stated time. Greg arrived looking very professional and his demeanor was just the same. My wife had left to run an errand so I was left to meet with Greg and explain our concerns. When I say that this guy is top notch with his customer service, I mean he is A++.Greg and I visited for several minutes about the job to be done and even chatted about things completely unrelated. During our conversation, Greg was very pleasant to talk to and never acted as if he was in a hurry to get the job done, collect money and run. Greg even suggested a cleaning agent that I can order to assist with the little mishaps that come with being a dog owner. Why would someone that cleans carpet tell me how to take care of the stains on my own? I can only assume that it is because he truly likes to help people.At one point in our conversation, Greg stated that he was in the military. This was a huge thing for me. Not because I was in the military because I wasn’t. This was a big thing for me because Greg just told me that he loves his country and if needed would be willing to pay the ultimate price for MY freedom.I know, why would someone spend so much time on a review for someone that they just met and cleaned their carpets? Because people like Greg are unfortunately few and far between these days. Most of the time you hear people complaining about the service person that came to their house and did not live up to their expectations. Well I can tell you that this guy went way beyond what I was expecting and left my home looking and smelling wonderful.Thank You, Greg.
