Had a standby generator installed in my home yesterday. The installers Andrew, Josh, and Brett arrived precisely at 8:30 a.m. as promised, and immediately started the installation. All 3 of these techs each had a specific task and went to work quickly and efficiently. I was amazed at how quickly the work was finished, area cleaned up, and power restored to the house. A complete walk through was provided and all questions that I had were answered. These guys dont mess around! Will definately use them again for any construction needs that may come up in the future!!!

Lowes contracted Jeff Woods Construction to do my roof and they put new decking and shingles on rotten trusses creating a 14 foot long dip in the roof without telling anyone and then said it wasnt their job to fix it. I have been waiting almost two months for this to be resolved and cant get anyone to call me back after spending almost $9000 get anyone else to do your work dealing with this contractor continues to be a nightmare. Wish I could give them no stars.

Aaron, Joe and Cameron, Installation Technicians, performed the installation for my Generac Generator. They showed up on time, installed the generator, completed the electrical transfer, connected the gas line, all the while being professional, respectful, helpful and patient with my questions. Joe explained everything in detail so I knew what was happening at each stage. There are a few steps remaining but there is a plan of action for the completion. I am extremely satisfied and HIGHLY recommend using Jeff Woods Construction for generator installation or any other home needs!

Based on a neighbors recommendation, I contacted JWC regarding Generac generator installation. Every interaction we had with JWC was a pleasure - without exception their staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. It was a complete soup to nuts project - they obtained all the permits, poured the necessary concrete slab, co-ordinated with electric and gas companies, installed and tested the generator. All this for a price significantly less than what Id expected.I have no hesitation in giving JWC the highest possible rating, and will certainly recommend them whenever the opportunity arises.

We give Jeff Woods Construction a 95% rating and recommendation for a good job on replacing our roof in Fairfield Glade. They did a really excellent job on the roof including replacing 15 sheets of rotted plywood from a previous poor roofing job and installing a new chimney cap. And they had about 10 to 12 men on the job and accomplished it all in one day.The 5% reduction is for three somewhat minor disappointments during the process.First, we had specifically asked if they used ladders with extended legs to avoid leaning their ladders on the gutters and possibly damaging them. We were assured they do use the desired ladders. They didnt. (Although the gutters do not appear to be damaged).Second. While tearing off and removing the old shingles from the roof and throwing them into a trailer, they carelessly were hitting the telephone and cable lines attached to our home.Third. We were impressed they carefully spread wide tarpaulins around the perimeter of our home to protect the plants and shrubbery and catch debris and especially nails as they removed the old roof. But, they only used the tarpaulins on three sides of our home. One side was left exposed to all the nails that were popped off the old roof. On that side of our home we have a gravel walkway and stones covering the yard which finding spent nails are very difficult to find until you step on one. They did use a magnet tool over the front and back yards to try to collect most of the nails but we doubt they magnetized the side of the house without a tarp. We have been finding a half dozen or more nails every day for the past several weeks caught up in the gravel and stones.We would recommend Jeff Woods Construction and use them again.

This is a fine group of working individuals. They brought a large trailer that had everything they needed to do the job. As soon as they backed the trailer into the driveway and their boots hit the ground, they started to work, and they did not stop until into the evening when the job was finished, and the sun was going down. The quality of their work is unsurpassed. Everything they did on the outside of the house looked as if it were made for the house with no horrible looking connectors. They did not stop the entire day to eat, drink or take rest breaks. They worked all day. When they left, they cleaned up all evidence of their work. I did not have to go behind and pick up after them. They removed all work debris to their trailer, where they put it into recycle or trash in their own vehicle. They were self-contained and professional. The installation of our Generac generator was complete and it is up and running. We took the maintenance contract because they do what they say they are going to do and they mean it. I have not seen dedication and professionalism like this in many years. Really a great group of guys, and would recommend to anyone. I signed off their work order sheet for satisfaction on a scale from 1 to 5 as a 10

I stopped by the shop of Jeff Woods Construction to talk with them concerning some work I needed on my home. Albeit a fairly small job it would amount to between $1000-$2000 parts and labor. The office lady I talked with was encouraging, stating even being a fairly small job, JWC could possibly squeeze it in between larger jobs they had. She informed me that the person who handles estimates would contact me and come to my home within a couple of days. He would usually come between 5pm & 7pm.I was foolish enough to wait around for his call as none ever came. If the job is too small for JWC to handle, man up JWC and tell me so. Im 75yo and man enough to understand and thank you. Instead yall chose the cowardly way out. No response. Mr Woods, keep your business ... I dont do work with those who lie and show disrespect for others.
