Called the phone number listed to see if they were open and got uhhhh hello when I asked if it was Jeffs barber shop was I was told well this is Jeff. I asked if they were open and they just hung up on me. 9:50 am on a Wednesday Jan 1st, Google maps has it listed as open holiday hours may vary. I didnt see the harm in seeing if they were open. Too unprofessional for me. Dont list a personal number for a business if you arent going to treat it as such. Clearly terrible customer service.

Went to this man for years before moving. He gets my haircut right every time, does a great job, and always has great stories to share as he goes. Great man, great place!

I have been to many barber shops in crossville and over the country. I will have to say this barber shop is the best. He does my haircut perfect every single time. And my wife complements me each time I get a hair cut here and tells me I need to go back there for my next haircut. I would recommend Jeffs traditional barber shop to everyone. He defenitaly deserves 5 stars. You get exactly what you ask for each haircut.
