Their service is so bad. They charge super high at same time IRS has rejected my wifes ITIN 2 times and no money refund yet. This company not good at all. I would not give any star rating if that is possible.

Our representative was kind, patient and very informing. She answered all our questions and even looked at our past taxes and answered questions about those to help us better understand our options and decisions.

These people have screwed my ITIN filing and so far I have been trying to reach them for the past 3 weeks no response no one has returned the call. finally I talk to someone an no one has any clue, they are asking me questions, If I had know I would have filed by myself. So far no ITIN paper work recd from state, when I called IRS they have not recd anything, not sure what the hell was done....I would give a negative rating if one existed..
