Rented a 15 footer. The owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. If you got the time he got stories. You can learn a lot from this guy. Thanks for the help and service.

Moving cross country has been stressful as it is; but Mr Lee made this part of the transition a wonderful experience. He had my car hauler ready ahead of schedule and even changed my pickup time without asking as I was running behind. He was very polite with my family and even called the day prior to ensure we were aware of his location. Great place to rent! Highly recommended!

I have rented from Mr Lee several times this year. The trucks have been clean and in good running order. Mr. Lee is helpful and easy to work with. I recommend this U-Haul facility highly.

Mr. Lee was very helpful. Upon arriving I realized that the van I reserved might of not fit what I was picking up - so on my request Lee was able to give me small truck and allowed me to drop it off after hours. The whole rental was seamless and worked out great. I would use Mr. Lees services in the future.

Excellent customer service. I was in and out. I rented a U-Haul van. Mr. Lee cool dude :) Very friendly. Van was clean. If I need another truck or van, I will back to rent from this location.

Mr. Lee was extremely accommodating.I was originally told by the online system that Id be picking up in Annapolis, so I didnt have enough miles for the trip from Crofton to my move out location and my move in location. Mr. Lee let me have some extra miles since I didnt know ahead of time.I also was told Id be able to pick up at 8 a.m. Saturday. Mr. Lee allowed me to pick up the truck Friday evening instead, since his location is not open that early that day.100% recommend to anyone nearby!

So I understand this might not be normal but Mr Lee screwed us! We set up a reservation online to pick up at 10am and wanted to change it to an earlier 9am pickup. Mr Lee said he would take care of the details in the system so we could pick up at 9am. So we get there at 9am and we can not pick up. There is no truck ready for us. We wait for him to come in at 930 and tell him what happened and he is legitimately taking his time and dealing with other stuff, calling other people, and telling us his life story as he checks us out, knowing we were suppose to have already picked up and have been waiting for him so we can go. Then since the drop off location we chose online wasnt showing up for him, he did not chose our correct dropoff location and it would not let us checkout without going to the further location. So we called him to figure out what to do and he kept persistently saying it wasnt on him ( seemed very offended)and was adamant that uhaul just changes stuff in the system randomly sometimes and uhaul chooses their preferred drop off location for us. He then had the audacity to call me back after our conversation was done to say check your emails it wasnt me . We had 2 emails a few minutes apart with 2 different locations, the last one being the further non desired drop off location. Obviously things were just a mess and he didnt like being the one we were questioning. Uhaul ended up charging us for an extra day since we didnt drop off at the further location, though Mr Lee said he would send uhaul an email or call them so we wouldnt be charged. Uhaul said they never got a call or email. It was a mess! And the way he handled things were very unprofessional. I would give him 0 stars if I could.
