This company took the liberty to charge us an additional $250 for an extra person even though we didnt require transportation for any person and he was the only employee of the company handling our service call.The driver talked condescendingly to my wife who was dealing with the employee, asking her if she even was the owner of the vehicle and shouldnt your husband be handling thisThe driver also told us we would be covering the cost of the tow but didnt mention that we would have to pay for the tow immediately when dropping it off at the AAA center. He also claimed that we could leave the vehicle at the AAA location as long as we needed because we are AAA members.We mentioned we would be using insurance to pay for the service call and he only replied Ok.He also told us he would leave all info with the location so that they could contact us but INSTEAD the AAA location had absolutely no knowledge of who owned the vehicle AND the police had been contacted with it reporting as an abandoned vehicle and were planning to impound the vehicle if nobody claimed the vehicle...this has been our worst tow service with any company and we have used tow companies multiple times.

These guys are on POINT! My elderly parents were stranded in a bowie parking lot Christmas eve in the rain with a dead battery. Made one phone call to Reliable Roadside Service and they were there in 10 minutes!!! Really impressed w the customer service. Thanks!!!! Great job, very professional.

Paul was my driver and he was the fastest tow truck I’ve ever waited for got it on the trailer fast and was right behind our car the whole way home I highly recommend their service I was over charged but was in a bind and they helped

Locked myself out of my car. It was an emergency, had to get to work. They sent a driver and had me in within 30 minutes!! Lifesavers!

On my way home the hose broke in my coolant My car went straight to red and steam was coming from the hood I pulled over on 301 and sat there for a few minutes. I noticed a rollback pulled in front of me. The man came over said he was on his way home and asked if he could be some assistance. He was amazing towed me home. Lally is a true asset to your company If in the future I need roadside assistance I will definitely call and recommend your company.

I normally dont leave any review. But I have to say I had an amazing experience with this towing company.I had went to visit family in Maryland when my car just broke down. I was able to contact the company and received immediate service.The towing guy was really nice and friendly :) !!! He knew EXACTLY what was wrong with my car and gave me advice about what I should do. He was able to tow my vehicle to the nearest mechanic.Pricing was not bad neither giving the fact that I didnt have any membership.I was happy with the service provided ! I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone !

I got my family van stuck in the mud. Short, uncomplicated story, but embarrassing so Ill skip it. I was stuck in the mud on my own property, and when I called AAA to help me, they not only said they couldnt help, they said nobody could help me, and that Id have to wait for the weather to get dry. Which meant leaving my family vehicle in the mud for a week.I called Reliable Roadside Service, I explained the situation, sent some photos, and they sent a team of professionals to pull my car out and up the hill. Im so glad they saved us from the muck. Ill be sure to call them the next time I need a tow.

We needed a jump on 06/13/2020 and we called Geico for road side assistance. After much run around and waiting 3 hours (!!!) we decided to find a company on our own around the area and got Reliable Roadside Service. They estimated to be where we were in 15 mins and arrived a few minutes EARLY! They had a texting service where it updates you who the technician is and if they are almost to your location. Over all great quality service, our technician Paul was very professional and the response time was very quick. They are TRULY RELIABLE! Great customer service!!!

They are the best! I dropped my car off and Mr. Tire couldn’t work on it for a few days so I called again and they came right back. Not only that, went in to inquire why I was being charged for four tired when I only needed one!They went above and beyond!!

I wanted my vehicle towed and the company could not get my car on the truck and still wanted to charge me and wasn’t able to tow my vehicle.

I like that the employer was careful with my car and was helpful and funny.
