Samco has done several jobs for me over the last few years as well as for several of my friends and family. They are a great family owned business with great pricing and service. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Samco was one of the few companies to respond when I sent out inquiries recently about having my driveway (which was about 50+ years old) replaced.After some email contact, Sam Jr. and I got in touch, and he came out to give an estimate. Despite the age of the driveway, he said it was in decent condition and said there were 2 options. I could resurface the driveway at a cost of about $4.50 a square foot, or we could replace the driveway at an original cost of $7.00 a square foot. We went over the pros and cons of each option, and it made more sense (given the age of the driveway) to fully replace it.When he gave me the written estimate, he had knocked a bit of the cost off, and it was down to about $6.10 a square foot. He knew I had some other contractors scheduled, and was polite about it. Later that evening, he gave me a call, and since they were going to be in the area on a job, he was able to get the price down to about $5.00 a square foot. At that point, I jumped on the deal, as that price was only a minimal amount more than the resurfacing would have cost.Sam and the team showed up on time the day of the appointment and went over things one last time. Their work was professional and quick. They take care to ensure straight edges, and that cracks (such as between the garage, porch, and sidewalk and the driveway were filled in. They also elevated the driveway a touch as the grass line was higher that the original driveway. But there is still plenty of slope for the driveway as well. We got some strong storms last night (and overnight), but the driveway was bone-dry this morning, instead of the usual puddles and lakes that would form after a storm on the old driveway.I would peek out at them as they were working, and Sam was always fully involved working on something, including getting down on his hands and knees when needed to check a spot or correct something. Their clean up was just as thorough and professional, and Sam gave me all the information needed for letting the driveway cure given the hot days weve been having.All in all, Im highly satisfied with the job they did, and would highly recommend them for any residential paving need.

I would like to commend Samco Paving Inc. for the quality job they did on regrading and re-graveling my and my neighbors common driveway. It is a very long driveway (400) with two parking areas. Their price was very competitive (lowest) and their work was high quality. They are very friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.Leo J. Mahoney

Very professional company. Smooth transaction. Quick estimate and timely install. I am picky and was impressed by how much time the crew spent to make surface near perfect and blemish free. When I look at other jobs in the surrounding area I can definitely see the difference in their workmanship. Owner Sam and the crew very friendly, polite and hard working. Highly recommend.

WOW, those are the only words that come to mind. First of all, Sam and his crew were the hardest working and most team oriented I have seen from a paving company. From start to finish there was a detail left out. I would say I’m pretty OCD, but these guys were way over the top compared to me. Thanks to SAMCO my driveway looks awesome!!

By chance I found Samco paving doing a driveway down the street and talked to one of their employees about doing my driveway. They gave me a quick quote and schedule. They just finished and Im extremely happy with the quality, speed and price. My asphalt driveway was about 40 years old and in poor shape. In just over 3 hours they had prepped, stripped and resurfaced my driveway and now it looks like new. Im extremely happy with the result. The Samco folks were quick, polite, experienced and left me a happy customer. Samco is a licensed and insured local company located on Route 3 in the Crofton area and I highly recommend them.

Paved my driveway and then 2 years later I had a reseal (my choice) both jobs-excellent. Nice people to work with- a good deal - and it looks great. Grade? A+ ~ a definite recommend.

Very responsive to emails, did a beautiful job on my driveway. Had a small area that created a ditch in the yard because of the build up and terrain. When the job was done he said he would be back by the end of the week and would fill the ditch. I will be honest I did not have high hopes of there return as I did not pay for the extra materials that he offered to bring. I offered to pay for the materials to fill the ditch and was told not to worry about it. End of the week came and a dump truck showed up as promised. Outstanding company highly recommend!

Samco just finished our driveway yesterday. We can not express just how pleased we are with the completed job. I appreicate the communication from Sam, we always knew what was going on with our job. This company is truly a 5 star company. It was a pleasure to work with them and our driveway is Beautiful.

I recently contracted Samco Paving to replace my residential driveway. The crew arrived exactly when they said. They removed the existing, old driveway, added and leveled base material as necessary and paved the driveway and parking area in less than 5 hours!! The entire staff and crew were extremely courteous and professional. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with these people. The equipment operators are virtualartists. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a paving contractor. Excellent is not a high enough rating for the paving job that Samco Paving did for me.
