Service was good but wait time was very slow. Took several minutes with one customer that had challenges with her delivery.. staff member did not get someone else out to help with her delivery until the customer asked to get someone else to help.. Could hear people in the back laughing while the line was growing with one person working

Horrible and I wish my vendors didn’t use them. Carrier lied about an attempted delivery so I went to pick-up myself at Crofton location. It’s been an hour and I still don’t have my packages. Waiting for them to bring them out- I stick with UPS when I can and this just confirms why. Absolutely shameful.

FedEx is absolute Joke! No issues are ever resolved because you can never get an actual person on the line to speak with. If my orders could come another way of shipment Id be a happy customer. The last 3 times my order came through FedEx I ended up in the middle of them and the post office pointing the finger at who lost my package. Try hiring actual people, your reviews may be a bit better. Unbelievable!

Worst experience came up here to pick up a package they said they had. They lost my package had me waiting for 3 hours. Kept giving me the run around, come back in 15mins we still looking for it. They told me that 5 separate times. If you have a package here I suggest you wait till it’s delivered to your address. If i could would opt to not use them as my carrier

I am very disappointed how this FedEx facility handled my package and delivery. First off my package was delivered to the wrong address. I immediately contacted customer service to file a claim etc.. they said they were going to do a trace on the package first. 6 hours goes by no updated information about my package was provided. I then, called the actual FedEx facility where my package departed from. I spoke to someone who told me the package had been picked up by carrier and he will redeliver the next business day. For some reason that didn’t seem right to me because the package was supposedly pose to been in the next building over so I didn’t understand why the package couldn’t be dropped off straight away after retrieving it from one building over. So, I called back to speak to the manager, it was a hassle to get her on the phone as if I didn’t have a option to speak to a manager. Once I spoke to the manager she informed me the carrier would have to bring the package back to the station and she wasn’t sure if he picked the package back up period. She was also talking rude and was not helpful at all to someone who package was delivered to the wrong address by their carrier. Long story short The carrier NEVER picked the package back up, I don’t even think he was informed he delivered my package to the wrong address, if it wasn’t for my trustworthy neighbors to take the package to the rental office where I retrieved my package from I would have Never received my package and FedEx has yet to contact me. I pray no one else has to go through this. The package was for my business which is very important and this FedEx facility handled it without a care in the world.

I had to go in to pick up a package that needed a signature and I wouldnt be home to sign. It arrived early in the morning but wasnt available for pickup until late that afternoon. I tried to pick it up before I had been told it was ready but they were unable to do that. The staff was friendly and helpful just not able to retrieve the package before it had been fully processed for pickup. Ultimately, I still got my package more than a half day early. The lesson is to just wait until youre notified that your package is ready. Very pleased with service overall.

A driver from this location threw my package over the fence causing major damage to my fence. Not sure why driver didnt think to leave the package outside of the gate or use the call button on the keypad of the gate. I called FEDEX Corp hopefully they will offer a resolution! Had to select a star to post. No stars deserved for this huge inconvenience!

I receive monthly deliveries via FedEx and have for 2 years. Absolutely terrible service to 21108 residential. I have requested and shipper pays for next day AM delivery. AM delivery has never happened in 2 years. Delivered to wrong house and day late is common. I am set up on FedEx app and can track my shipments the minute my address hits their system. So frustrating to receive a text saying Delivered, when in fact it was not delivered to my address. I am trying desperately to convince shipper to use UPS.

This shipping location is the absolute worst. From the customer service to the lies that they tell you. They never miss a chance to delay your delivery. We constantly have trouble getting our packages on time whenever they ship through this location. Today was no exception. The package arrived at the facility at 2:15 and the next note for the tracking at 2:16 was that the delivery was attempted but the customer or business was not available to receive. This is a blatant LIE!! I have surveillance cameras and there was no FEDEX truck to be seen at that time. Then, I called FEDEX and they told me that the package would be delivered. Another LIE.... When is FEDEX going to do something about this hub. Just look at the reviews. I now tell all of the merchants that I do business with that I do not want to use FEDEX unless it is absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, sometimes there are no workable options. I would give 0 stars if I could.

By NO means should anybody go to this location! I went here to ship a small package and was threatened. The woman working at the counter named Doeneesha was actually on her cell phone on facetime. When I asked her could she please put her call on hold to help me, she told me to mind my business or go somewhere else. When I asked for a manager she threatened me. I called corporate and made a complaint and received absolutely no follow up. Who is running this place? This is insane.

If i could give it a 0 I would. My package was marked delivered, and within minutes, I went to check and the package was not there. Now, it is almost a week later, and no answers about my package. They keep saying they are waiting for an answer from the driver. This should have been addressed, the moment it was brought to your attention and the driver was still in the area. UPS has never done this, and would have had it figured out by now. The only answer I am getting now is, reach out to the shipper to file a claim. This is completely unacceptable.

Door tag left on door when I was home. Then follows instructions to show up after 6pm at the center to pick up package, only to be told it’s lost somewhere in some container on some truck. Wasted 40mins of gas, my life and time. Very frustrating.

I talk to someone before going up to the Office in Glen Bernie, And I wait outside in the hot sun for a hour and a half, and get inside and the person that was helping me go and look for my package and stay gone approximately 25 to 30 minutes, all together I waisted 2 hours for a package that they couldnt find, Fed Ex has the worst service Ive experienced.

Granted it was the holidays, but dayum. After waiting 2 hrs at the facility, as I was told it never went on the truck for delivery that morning (keep in mind this was important medicine they deliver every month), they looked all over while I waited and they couldnt locate it at the facility. As I was continuing to wait the app updated and said that the package had been delivered at my home. They had no idea it went on the truck told me it was at the facility when all along it had been put on the truck and was being delivered. I have no issue with the drivers and the normal delivery service, but if you actually have to go to this facility to track a package, make sure you have loads of time on your hands :/

Horrible employees, asked for a manager and a high pitched voice male would not transfer me, insisted on telling him my issue when I did not want to deal with him, this is after they lied about delivery of my surprise perishable package . Then was told it would be delivered the next day and it was not, then told on that evening it would be delivered on Saturday and left on the porch . They never showed or contacted me . Then spoke with corporate saturday evening and they assured me I would be contacted by today, Monday. No call, I reached the original sender of the package and had them cancel the entire transaction and they are out in Washington state and they advised that multiple issues with FedEx at most locations the deal with and no longer will be using them . Very unprofessional and the tone and attitude and arrogance of the person that I spoke with at the actual location has no buisness dealing with the public and should be fired . Reading the other reviews just now after I posted, shows the incompetence through out entire location, they have one job and its a simple job of delivering packages, why they cant seem to handle this simple task is beyond me and you would think with so many horrible reviews corporate would address the situation, with bad reviews going back years . I had no choice of the shipper on the gift I purchased but they will no longer use FedEx abd neither will I .

Poor service over the past days. The same contractor arrives at a very hight rate of speed and drives and parks either at my address or neighbors driveway leaving the vehicle parked on the grass and raced off at at a high rate of speed. I called twice to complain. The first call lasted 55 minutes without me speaking to anyone and the second 45 minutes without me speaking to anyone.

I had two separate packages come out of the FedEx in Crofton THIS WEEK that were not left at my door as I arranged via FedExs virtual signature option.The first time it happened I called and was told a manager would call me back(of course that never happened). Today the same issue with a second package. My package was returned even after signing for it online, updating the delivery instructions saying it was signed for and leave @ door, and calling the customer service line at 8am to ensure the driver was made aware that they are to leave the package at the door.What is going on at this location? What is the point of offering a virtual signature and delivery instructions options if NO ONE at this location will follow the procedure that is supposed to accompany them? Now Im supposed to wait until next Monday for a package that would have been delivered today had it not been for the mismanagement and incompetence of the Fedex employees in Crofton.

They were not very understanding of my work schedule and wouldn’t let anyone else pick up my package between their operating hours even if they had my door tag and ID. Also wouldn’t transfer my package to a FedEx that was closer to where I lived or one near my job that was open later hours without me having to pay an extra fee. I won’t be accepting any more mail through FedEx.

Went to pick up my package was told the sender doesnt allow for pickups for the item I would need to contact the sender to change. I call get the sender to change. Call fedex and ask for a hold so I can pick up my package. The guy on the line says he has done so and I can pick up my package tomorrow. Later in the day I get a call from a Kevin at this location saying that the sender requires 1 attempt before a hold can be made. Why attempt delivery when I already said you wont be able to deliver die to changes in my leasing office availability to get the package?! And he lied because that isnt the senders guidance. Then he tells me my package is not at that locations which is a lie, it clearly states on the site when my package arrived at the crofton location. These people at this location seem to make stuff up as they go along. Then when I ask to speak to a manager he tells me the manager wont be back until 8:30, two hours from the time I called. And they close at 8pm.Just awful service.

The worst! I had a overnight package scheduled to be delivered the next morning by 10:30am, requiring signature. Then I get an alert saying the delivery is rescheduled to be to me by the end of the day. I could not wait any longer so I decided I would just have the package held at the fedex store for me to pick as I’ve done many times before. When I do this, the delivery moves from Friday to Monday. I’ve never had this issue when I can’t sign for a fedex package, I would just pick it up from a fedex pick location when I can. So I call fedex to see what can be done and they tell me that I have to pick the package up from a location 30 miles away from my house. I’m so frustrated with the customer service rep could hardly speak English and the solution provided is truly unexceptable.Then to get an alert that my package is ready for pick at the closer location, as originally requested. So I’m not sure why there was such a disconnect between their systems but I went to the location that was closer to me and my package was there. It was a head ache just attempting to utilize their options offered.Go with UPS! Fedex should be ashamed at the level of service provided.

This was my worst experience ordering online ever. I ordered something’s through a third party and they use fedex. When she sent me the tracking number it said my shipment would be here in 2 days. It has now been 5 days. My package has had 2 different delays and holds . I called to let them know I needed my package by today (for my birthday) a wonderful customer service associate took down my information and promised to contact the crofton fedex (where my package is now being held) to see if they could sent someone out with my package. I received a call about an hour later with a rep from the crofton Branch telling me that they don’t “usually” send drivers out on Saturday, and they’re closed on Sunday so I’m basically SOL.. so today is when they open back up. Hopefully I receive my package today... on my birthday.. that I ordered 5 days in advance.. Extremely horrible experience . Would not recommend.

Repeated mis-delivers/non-delivers. Ive had to go to the center to pick up packages because I wasnt home, even though I was, and the driver was allergic to knocking on doors. The most recent case is me, jumping through hoops because their driver delivered 2 packages containing live corals to God knows where. Im not sure how much work they expect customers and recipients to do to in order to get a package to where it needs to be, but if this is the standard, then I will avoid vendors who use FedEx for their shipping.

They filled out the door tag before even exiting their vehicle and posts it on your door. No knock and doesn’t even carry the package to your door, just the door tag and pulls off. Happens every single time. There was no signature needed for my package so leave it at the damn door along with the other package DELIVERED by UPS that was sitting at my door as well. That’s a sign that maaaaybe I’m totally fine with my packages being left unattended. Jerks

Ship with UPS not FedEx. They dont have a standard process on how they hold packages at the facility. If your out of town and a package is sent they send it back to the sender after 3 days of having the package, called them and they say because it was a bad address, I ask them if there is an amount of days that they will hold a package at the facility they tell me 5 to 7 days they usually hold a package so I ask them why it was shipped back the third day and they dont have a clear answer. So I contact their customer relations and SHE ARGUES WITH ME?!? What kind of customer support is that. I will boycott using fedex and will recommend another company to anyone that asks where to ship a package from. Good job FedEx

Straight horrible. Drivers apparently lie and post “failed attempts to deliver” when they never even attempted to deliver a package. The Crofton representative lied and told me it’d be on a truck the same day for redelivery and it wasn’t. I wish there was a -Star! Package tracking said package would be delivered Monday, bright sunny day in MD and website described package not delivered for weather. Then cant find the address. I called customer service and the experience went downhill from there. I gave them exact directions, GPS coordinates and phone number for a Tuesday delivery. Web site says Package delivered Tuesday at 3:11. I get home, no package. Called customer service again, Their response, our scan says your package was delivered. But they cant tell me where. Said they would call me back in 2 hours after they talk to the driver. They called back and asked my address for the 8th time and then stupid questions like did I look all around the property; really? Now the driver has 24 to 48 hours to remember where he left my package. If he cant find it, then I have to call the shipper. I will pay extra to all vendors to use ANY other shipping method.

The manager on duty was very friendly and helped us with the 4 different packages we had to send. She was very personable and even covered with us while she did our transaction. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! There shipping is not secure. I had a replacement credit card shipped to me using this center as the only option. I never received my credit card but checked my account and see that purchases start appearing after the date it was suppose to arrive. Called my bank and had the card canceled. They gave me the tracking number for the order which shows that the package is still at the facility. So charges are being made to my account when the only people who have access to the package are this facility. I will never have anything sent to this location again and will most likely avoid using fed ex when possible.

BEST FedEx OFFICE EVER 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼I had sent-in my shipment at the Annapolis FedEx office after realizing that, I forgot to include one last document.Went back to the Annapolis, but was told that the shipment was on its way to Crofton and they were closing in 35 mins.The male Customer service agent with one of the Managers were really helpful and nice.
