The counselor is nice, but the folks at the front desk who handle the billing can be quite rude at times, especially the man. They processed my insurance claims incorrectly, but instead of making an effort to try and correct it, they wanted to charge me more. I had to ask them to correct the claims and then call the insurance to ensure that it as being processed properly. So in summary, nice counselor, not so nice support staff.

My counselor at Bowie was fantastic, provided me with tools to help me deal with my anger and grief after my mother died, as well as dealing with the stress of getting married, moving and taking care of an aging parent. I did not have issues with billing, scheduling or cancellations. The staff was always professional. I would use them again and recommend their services to my friends and family.

The most UNRELIABLE Counselors ever!!! My 1st experience with an initial meeting with a Counselor and things went well. Thereafter were repeated cancellations for various reasons so I gave up. 3 years later (2017) I try again with another and she cancels an hour before appt! The office offers the next available which is 3 weeks away!!!! Total unprofessional business being ran! STAY AWAY if you really need committed counseling!!!!
