Ken Davis is the ultimate professional when it comes to the editing and dubbing business. I have the highest regard to his services, his professionalism, customer service and value of his service. He doesnt give lip service, he tells it how it is and is honest. There are not too many business people like Ken with these type of values. If you were to ask me would I do business again with Ken, Ill tell you to your face that I would absolutely do business with Ken again...and I will! Not only did he preserve family memories with his dubbing services, he preserved broadcast history from Florida. If you need any dubbing or editing needs, Ken would be the person to go to not only in the DMV region, but the entire country!

Kenneth was exceptionally responsive in setting the initial meeting within 24 hours and completing the audio editing/conversion project. The edited recording was needed for a special family ceremony in California the following week. He was keenly mindful of this production deadline and incorporated professional sound editing techniques far beyond my expectations. The final product was outstanding. I went and seen Kenneth at Pro-Cuts editing. I was etiquette that Kenneth had being not of a large company, but a good size company that they are able to give the personal attention to their customers. I went to them to have a very personal and important video enhanced. The subject matter cannot be discussed bye he was very professional and honest on what his programs could do. And unfortunately the end result was nothing could be done to enhance it. So instead of taking my money and making it look like he ran a bunch of programs he was honest up front which todays day and age goes long long way. I will be back to use them again!

I called Ken and immediately was able to drive over late one Wednesday afternoon and speak with him. I brought a tape from 1992 and asked him to convert it to a thumb drive . He did so and called Friday afternoon saying it was ready for pick up. All taken care of in 48 hours. His service is excellent.

I have used Pro Cuts several times but most recently I took some old 8mm and 12mm movies to him that I came across after my father passed away to my surprise some of those were my grandparents movies too ! I took them to Ken with little hope of them being transferred on to DVDs because some of them were 40 plus years old !! But he did it!! I also took him sim cards out of old phones because i didnt want to lose pictures stored on my phones and they came out wonderful too !!Ken was very easy to work with and very easy to communicate with!! He didnt blink an eye when i showed up with a box of stuff to be transferred and believe me it was a VERY large box of various items that were all mine and my families precious and priceless memories!! And I had 100 % trust and faith that he would do exactly what I wanted done !! I highly recommend Ken and Pro Cuts !!

I literally wasted two days trying to find a company that converts 8mm, VHS, etc, tapes to a usable format, i.e., DVD, thumb drive.The other companies, namely i-memories and legacy boxs prices were formidable. That, along with their lengthy turnaround time (sometimes months) in addition to many horrible reviews, motivated me to take the time to find someone (hopefully local) whose pricing was fairer. One of the first local companies I found was pro cut. I emailed and almost immediately, Kenny responded. He gave me an idea of general pricing and turnaround time. Honestly, I was in disbelief. How could someone do the same job for a fraction of the price?? I brought my bag of tapes to his office and he kindly took the time to let me preview and decide which I wanted copied. He called me six days later to let me know they were ready for pick up! I paid a deposit, so figured Id really be paying when I picked them up but the ridiculously small balance owed, was truly a surprise...Im hoping that folks looking for this type of service come across this review so that they dont have to waste their money and time!!
