Innoface Systems came highly recommended by another division in my company. We ultimately hired them and they installed a video teleconferencing system in our conference room a couple of months ago. The engineer listened to our needs and designed a system that exceeded our expectations and was still within our budget. The technicians were professional and kept me informed along the way.We can now have video calls with excellent picture quality and audio clarity. Yesterday, someone on my team inadvertently adjusted a feature and I called Innoface to get some help correcting the issue. I was assisted immediately and walked through how to fix the problem over the phone. This was helpful because we had an important video conference that was going to be starting soon.
