Climate Care addresses several issues we were having with our HVAC recently. We had Trevor and he was knowledgeable, thoughtful and communicative in working through options, and professional. The project was successfully completed in a timely manner and ideal solution. Checked every box you’d want for an HVAC service provider. Trevor from Climate care will be our go-to from here out.

We had a new heat pump and air handler system installed. From the beginning of my research, Steve and his crew stood out. First, as someone who teaches and thus values communication, Steve was honest, clear, personable, and direct. He listens, as do his employees, to your questions and your requests, rather than trying to push you into something you dont need or talk down. As for the installation, his crew was two minutes early, which is the first time in my decade of home owning that a service industry person has been ready to go when they say they will. The two men who installed the system were very professional and respectful of our house. They had to deal with an afternoon thunderstorm towards the end of install, yet they did not rush. They made sure to double check that we were happy with the install and to go over all the work ourselves to see if we had any questions. They did a fantastic job on the install, quality work that the county inspector praised.As for pricing, it was a fair value for what we were quoted from three other places. Plus, some salespersons started off Inquiries by completely ignoring questions and details provided to them. They made it feel like it was just a sale, just a job, but ClimateCare made us feel like a priority.

Our AC broke over the weekend. On Monday I called and someone was out by 7:30am Tuesday to fix our issues. They found a leak another company couldnt and all within 15 minutes of being at our house! And the prices were truly reasonable. We are very satisfied with Climate Care HVAC and will definitely be return customers!

We had Climate Care come out in hopes of them evaluating our systems and offer a solution for the temperature irregulation in our home. Though our original experience was not as positive, the owner Steve more than made up for that in following interactions. He called me himself to hear my concerns and to provide several affordable options before sending a technician out over the weekend. He was very respectful, responsive, and I trusted the opinions he provided were in our best interest.

When the a/c unit in my rental home died I dreaded what was coming. It was early June, during a pandemic, and I had already put several thousand dollars into this place. My tenant who I consider a friend and has lived there for years was getting married in a couple of weeks and had family coming to town. It seemed bad was only getting worse.I had several companies give me quotes and none came close to Climate care. They were able to provide me with a high quality unit for far less than their competitors.As for personal care and quality ClimateCare was also the best I have experienced. The owner of the company gave me and my tenant his personal contact information. Paul Devito, sales manager, was knowledgeable attentive and super professional as well. They were sure to make the installation completely painless, which was great considering all of the surrounding circumstances.Needless to say but I will be using ClimateCare Services for all of my HVAC needs. Climate Care installed a new HVAC system for us and we just had them back for our first preventative maintenance which was included with the install. The install went as planned and the new system has been great. Steve Smollon, owner, was very understanding and took his time in explaining the install process, answering all question completely without hesitation. Vincent, who just did our first fall maintenance, was terrific and also took the time to answer questions and explain everything. Im not one to write reviews but felt this company deserved positive compliments after the exceptional service they provided. It was the hottest week of the summer and my outdoor A/C unit started making a loud noise and ultimately stopped working. A neighbor had a good experience with ClimateCare in the past and recommended I give them a call. Their office staff was very friendly and it was obvious they cared and were eager to solve my problem. I’m sure they were busy but were very accommodating and had a technician at my house later that same day. The tech was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Fortunately, he had a replacement for the defective part on his truck and got me up and running. All with a very friendly and caring attitude. This was the first time in a while I’ve had HVAC issue, but it seemed their price was very reasonable. If you are in need of HVAC service, I’d give them a call.

I had a check of my systems, both a/c and Gas heating. The gentle man who serviced everything was named Vincent. He was amazing! He took his time and cleaned and repaired my gas furnace and my A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He followed all regulations regarding Covid, and was very neat. Climate Care did an excellent job of replacing the commercial units at our Church. They even fixed one of the old units while they were there to do the estimate and that allowed us to limp along until the new units could be installed.

I have been trusting my HVAC service with Climate Care now for 4 years. They are prompt, proactive, professional, and knowledgeable. As a REALTOR, they are on my preferred vendor list and always my first recommendation, they have helped dozens of my clients. Just a few weeks ago we had a home inspection where the unit in the attic was leaking, the drip pan was about to overflow and it needed attention. From our initial inquiries about systems and options, ClimateCare was highly responsive and always wanted to be sure our questions were answered and that we were aware of the variety of options available to provide the service we were seeking, and never once, did we feel any “sales” pressure. They came to the house for an initial visit within six hours of our initial contact and their Installation Manager gave us a thorough orientation to our existing systems along with an array of alternative approaches to replacing them with respect to system characteristics versus the heating/cooling needs of our home. It was a very informative discussion and gave us a very confident understanding of what was required and how we could satisfy that. They captured all of that in their written proposal which we received within a day of that visit.After reviewing our four proposals, we felt ClimateCare’s Proposal was the best by all the measures with which we were evaluating them, and they reinforced that decision with their performance during the installation of both systems at a time to which we mutually agreed.Their installation team, to the person, were all very courteous, friendly, and clearly demonstrated their professionalism by the manner in which they protected the carpets, flooring and areas surrounding both their paths to the two systems, as well as the areas around each in our Basement and Attic. The old systems were disassembled and the new systems were installed in the same day thanks to their hard work, and aside from seeing new equipment in-place, you saw no debris, or other evidence of the work being done. Their care of our home was that good!We could not have been more pleased with the installation or the subsequent performance of both systems. As a part of ClimateCare’s service, they arranged for Anne Arundel County inspectors to perform a final examination of the installations, which identified no discrepancies. Not surprising from everything we’ve experienced with ClimateCare, and we have and would not hesitate to continue to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I have used climate care on multiple occasions. The very first time was when my older heating system was having problems during a cold snap. Steve sent his crew out to my house on the same day I called. They got right to the problem and the gentleman, Paul was also very honest with me and let me know what to look for if the problem were to persist and what I could expect. Needless to say, exactly what Paul was worried about did in fact occur and I needed to replace my system which was very old. The climate care team gave me multiple system replacement options that would suit my budget. Ultimately, I decided to go with a Trane unit, and I could not be happier, my heating bills and cooling bills are much lower than they were with my older unit . Since then a few of my neighbors have also run into issues with their home heating and cooling equipment and upon my recommendation all three have reached out to climate care and have been equally impressed with their prompt and professional service. I recommend anybody looking for a repair or replacement for their heating and cooling system give Climate Care a call!
