Absolutely fabulous customer service from Michelle L. I went in to get some information and within a few minutes I was able to get everything accomplished. She was very helpful and I truly enjoyed our interaction. BRAVO!!!!

Walk in and helped quickly. Person did not have correct paperwork so got that spot.

I can’t even get anyone on the phone to speak to about scheduling me in to get my fingerprints for my hazmat.

The front desk and the guy taking my fingerprints super nice. I did the live scan fingerprints they ended up being not accepted by IL I had to resubmit new ones. :/ that was $50...I won’t get back

They where very efficient and fast. I would suggest anyone to go there. People where understanding and friendly.

This place needs to get their act together. My wife had her fingerprints done(almost 3 weeks ago) to be sent to Florida so her nursing licence can be transfered. Well Florida had no records of receiving her fingerprints and every time my wife calls to find out what the issue is she is told well look into it and call you back ... And never gets a call back. This place took $90 from her for a service they did NOT provide. This place is awful.Update: after my wife spoke to the 5th person here she finally got everything squared away. I am updating my review to 3.5 stars.

Very quick and friendly - had my LiveScan prints done here. They sent them out to the Dept of State the same day. They were 35 or 40, cheaper than other places.

Always a pleasure to come here for training, knowledgeable and friendly Tom Manos is the best at teaching the reality of what you need to know to be best prepared for any situation. I strongly urge anyone looking for conceal carry or security and law enforcement training to seek out his class.
