Best experience I’ve had in a while. Braden, Jason and Jordan were a great team! They explained my bill breakdown in detail to further my understanding. They also looked for the best deals possible when upgrading my husband and I phones. Helped us with all we were looking for and more.

My husband and I went to check on new phones for our family. Jason, Jordan, Donna were great. They helped us tremendously. They were very nice, professional and fun as well. I would recommend this staff to anyone. If I could give them more than 5 star rating I definitely would.

Willie was great at helping with getting two new phones for my children at a great price. Explain the phones and differences well so we could decide which one would be best for them. Did not take long at all to complete the purchase. Definitely recommend his great service.

Donna helped my mother and I during a recent visit! She is always so kind and helpful whenever we are in need of something. We upgraded our phones in the visit and she made sure everything was transferred from the old phones to our new phones! She even ensured my Apple Watch was paired back up to my phone with no issues!

The guy we worked with Eric was the best rep we have ever worked with. He helped me and my husband transfer his service from Verizon to AT&T. He helped us transfer my husbands information from his phone to his new phone. Eric also got us direct tv stream and internet with AT&T as well. He was a superb guy to work with. We love him bunches. We hope to work with him again. Give him at least a $5.00 an hour raise. It’s guys like him that make people like us feel comfortable doing what we did today.

Andrew made sure to completely understand our situation before offering a suggestions on plans and devices. He was very informative, helpful, and didnt really pressure us for a sale. He gave us all the information we asked for and then let us make our decisions. All in all, very happy and satisfied with our experience!

Peter helped me out. Great guy. He hooked me up with the full package. Phone, car charger, two extra blocks for my charging cable, he made sure I got the best possible deal I could get. He even made sure I was getting my military discount. I’m fairly certain he would’ve given me the shirt off his back if I asked for it. He got everything together and had me walking out the store in about 30 minutes. I’m not a fan of AT&T, but this store’s customer service sets the bar high and that alone will make it hard for me to shop anywhere else.... ever.

This store provides you with the least customer service you will ever experience, take my word for it. You have never been lied to like you will be at Crestview’s AT&T store. With G at the helm, this store will sink to the bottom with no time. Taking my business to a new carrier after the mess they’ve created.

Jordan was absolutely amazing!!!! He is the first employee to ever ask why our bill was as high as it was and OFFER to lower it for us. He got us a brand new phone and still managed to lower our bill, in a very timely manner!! Quick, efficient & amazing customer service!

If you can, get Andrew. He is very helpful and patient. He will answer all of your questions and get your issues resolved. I called ahead to see what documents I needed to bring and got a same day appointment. There was no wait and I was in and out in under an hour with a working phone and a tablet.

The first time I ever came to the Crestview AT&T store was about 4 years ago & the person that dealt with us was so rude. However we had to end up coming to this store the other day & I am not going to lie I was not looking forward to it. But I must say this store has done a complete turn around wonderful remodeling, new employees who know how to treat their treat customers. My husband & I walked out very happy & satisfied & will be back!

Got served by Andrew to do a simple Upgrade and quickly noticed on my bill that a line was added to my account as well as mobile insurance that I wasn’t aware of... who does that to someone. I will be porting out and leaving ATT. Don’t visit this location. They will put on a friendly smile and tamper with your account and do things without your authorization. 😡
