I am one to sit with the preparer since I have multiple states and I most likely do not live in the state I am having my taxes done in. Just like this year. So with the rona and all I am trying to get it done through email and limited contact. Which is becoming more of a hassle since I was asked when I would like to have these done by. I said March 3rd since I will be leaving the state. I dropped off my info over a week ahead and still nothing. Barley any communication between the preparer and myself through email. So I called today and the person doesnt work today or weekends. I was told they are the one person who does out of state returns. Come to.find out that is not the case. So I guess H&R Block is money hungry or this particular block doesnt care about the person. Not sure yet.

Ive dealt with H&R Block for as long as I can remember and Ive never had any problems or issues with my taxes being done. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. Im gonna especially miss the Crestview office on Main Street next year, as Im moving out of state, and especially Ms. Elaine, she is always so helpful with my questions and returns phone calls in a timely manner.

Taxes were done this year faster than any previous year. If I hadnt been talking about other things and just being friendly i think my taxes would have been done faster. I also got a bigger tax reduction than last year. i knew I would but it still feels good knowing that i am getting all my deductions.

Thier prices are ridiculous. I wont use them again.

The absolute WORST customer service ever! I have used a multitude of H&R across the country for years and will not being using them next tax season. Showed up for my scheduled appointment and after 30 min waiting (after my scheduled appointment time) I was finally able to meet with a different agent. Dropped my items off, was called for questions, got it all finalized, then gave my credit card info 2xs to her and was told I was paid. Then went it the following day to sign my portion and confirmed I was paid... then called a couple hours later by yet ANOTHER person saying I have NOT paid...she was very rude and snappy to me on the phone, I will not deal with this unprofessional business next year. Dont waste your time find another business to file with that is professional and has their stuff together, so many daized and confused here.
