The staff at RV Mail have been fantastic. The few times I’ve had the need to contact them by phone I’ve been amazed at the prompt and courteous service I’ve received. Highly recommended!

Kirk, the owner was very patient with my questions and informative. I sold my FL home and I am traveling full-time in RV but would like to keep FL residency. Driver’s license and registration can be changed online. My insurance policy is currently under Geico which accepts RV home but they recommend Acentria. Change your address of cc, bank statements, cell phone for verification. Reasonable prices where I think basic may be best for me $108 / year where you can call in 1/week. It was nice to know you are welcome to call and not be a nuisance. I like speaking to a real person and not an automated recording. I couldn’t get anyone to pickup my calls at the local PO.

Best mail service Ive found. I travel all over the country for work, and this service does not force me to pay for services I do not want, such as scanning every piece of mail. Their prices are reasonable, and they will forward my mail to any address, or I can pick it up from their office when Im in the area.

I rarely write reviews, but Ive rarely encountered a business that provides such excellent customer service. Im a new customer (on my second month), and getting things set up and running has been incredibly easy. Its in this stage where you have questions, and the team at My RV Mail was responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The service is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

We have had the pleasure of having My RV Mail service for over 7 years. They provide excellent service. The few times I have called them, the staff have always been courteous and helpful. The Premium service has provided for all of our needs as we traveled the beautiful USA.

I have had other mail services and so far I like this the best. If I get mail I will often pay the very small fee to look at the outside letter. If it is important I will have them forward it. If not I will have them hold it until I have other mail that needs to be sent. When I am in the area and want to pick up my mail, it is so quick and easy. They are wonderful at not forwarding on junk mail, that I often got with other services. As full time RVers, they allow me to have a permanent home address so that I can vote (and vote by mail). It also allows us to get our drivers license and plates for the truck. I have recommended them to friends, and would do it again.

They provide a great service and if you need to talk to a live person they always answer the phone during normal business hours.Most of our business of tending to our mail, viewing mail received and shipping and tracking is easily accomplished through the app. This includes changing your address as you travel. We have been using Good Sam mail forwarding on and off over the last seven years. Unlike other mail forwarding services, a friendly voice always answers the phone and our mail is on the way to us the next day. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs reliable mail forwarding.

My Rv Mail is, imo, one of the better mail forwarding services ! They have always seemed to take a personal interest in helping navigate through typical problems an RVer might run into! They have helped me in matters like tags, voter Registration, etc . For which i am very thankful. Great Service! I really like the ability to scan mail and see the same day.

I love the website and app! I get an email everytime I get mail. I see stuff I dont want I just trash it. I use the scan option all the time. Its such a valuable tool while on the road. You can schedule a shipment to be mailed in the future and whatever mail is in your box at that time will be waiting for you when you get there. I was surprised to find out the parks are familiar with MyRVmail and except all packages from them. Its really nice!

We have been using this service for about 7 months. The employees have been very helpful when I talked to them. We have not had any problems getting mail. And we were able to get Florida residency using our address through them. All in all a great experience so far.

We have been using this mail service for two years, and just renewed for a third. Customer service is great, to include working outside of normal business hours to get me a huge box that was sent to me. Customer service is great! The new feature of actually scanning the mail envelope, combined with all kinds of options to deliver the mail to us makes it really convenient. If you pass thru the area, the parking lot is big enough to squeeze a 40 foot rig in and out of, although if full, it probably wont happen.

My RV Mail has been awesome for us. We started at the basic level and within a month upgraded to the Premium level - which offers the ability to review all your mail online... looks similar to email and provides for full management of the mail there. Everything works just as it says on their website and since we cruise around the panhandle of FL mostly we stop in and get our mail every couple of weeks. Nice staff and very helpful. We will be shipping our mail soon once we get a home-base port. Again, everything that is on their website has proven 100% for us and would highly recommend MyRVMail for anyone who needs it. Great way to manage mail on the road. Daily update about what you received. They will send it any where you are, or shred/recycle or scan it to you. Use Good Sam discount.If you go in person to pick things up the are friendly and helpful.

Reasonable prices super helpful staff. If you receive mail, a daily list is sent with type (package, letter) and return address. Letters can be scanned for $2.50. Unwanted mail recycled after shredding is free. All mail can be sent to a requested address, you pay postage or shipping. If you are in Crestview you can pick it up for no charge. Easy and safe way to deal with mail while traveling.

I have been looking for a mail forwarding company for a while. MyRVmail had the least amount of customer complaints, meaning 99% are good reviews. Most complaints from other forwarding services, you cannot talk to a human. I called this place after business hours, magically a human answered the phone. His name is Kirk, I may have mis-spelled his name. I proceeded to call the same day three more times. Kirk kept answering the phone and answered all my questions. I asked, can I see the inside of your operation, he directed me to pictures on Google search. Impressive operation. I stopped looking, immediately I spent the money to join MyRVmail. DO NOT be confused with other names that’s similar. Thanks Kirk for answering the phone and keep up with the amazing service.

Safe and secure.Unlike Americas Mailbox in Rapid City, sd where they toss unopened/not wanted mail in the rv park dumpster. We witnessed this and took pictures of this mail in the dumpster.MYRVMAIL has a shredding service come in and shred the mail its members mark as shred.

The service worked okay while I needed it, but now after over a year, I still can’t get them to close the mailbox and refund the amount still in the account. I even spoke to the manager a month ago who assured me this would be done.
