I paid a first-time fee of $60 and was supposed to pay $45/cut thereafter (didn’t want the contract). They did not trim hedges or trim around the base of a couple of my trees. A $60 service (or even $45 for that matter!) just to cut the grass one time is outrageous, especially since I was initially told hedges were included.They wanted to charge me extra for that! No thanks!Update. Today, I was sent a bill of 135.00 because they allegedly sent me messages through email about my past-due invoices. Any other company Ive done business with knows I do not default. However, H2H is dishonest and charged me more than twice the agreed upon amount because they were unhappy with my google review (which they brought up in my last conversation) and claimed they kept trying to contact me (false). Not only that but they blocked my number so I couldnt call them. I had to use another number. I had to make the payment after they threatened to send my balance to claims. Heres the thing, after our conversation with my displeasure with their service, I was under the impression that my account was refunded. Their portal, even to this day, displays no balance. Their explanation is that the portal is used to receive payments only, and not to display services rendered. How convenient. Stay away from these swindlers.For future reference, the only legal way to contact someone about a past-due balances is through registered mail. I just made my payment today. Lets see what other shenanigans they come up with.Edit 3: The photographs are images of the alleged base trimming they conducted while at my house and of the dirt pit left behind after cutting the lawn. Again, these are images from the same day AFTER the cut my lawn and supposed did an edge trimming. Notice the branches and whatnot left behind and the untrimmed edges. In contrary to the owners reply, it had nothing to do with me not having the finances, it had more to do with the awful job conducted in comparison to the amount of money they charged me.

We have used House 2 House for our lawn care for over 5 years at multiple properties. They are always efficient, on time, and don’t give me a hard time when I forget to pick up all of my kids toys in the yard! Thank you for your great service!

I was recommended here to get my lawn cleaned up before I put my house on the market. I called and thought I made it fairly clear that it was a decent job, and my back yard was fairly overgrown. They came out while I was away, did my front yard which I didnt really need done (and is maybe 10% of my total yard) then said my back yard would need a yard cleanup which needed different equipment. I understand partially because some of it is a mess but half of it is just grass also, and he didnt touch it at all. I was told I would have to pay full price, and that there were no yard cleanup appointments available for some time. This isnt cool when im on a time crunch. Now I just wasted a week waiting for a guy to mow the front lawn that I mowed last week already.The Woman on the phone was kind enough to call me and let me know and she was helpful setting up. However everything else I havent been too happy with.Edit: they called back and the owner came by to see the lawn. They offered to come by later and do the work or knock off most of the charge. Sadly they can’t do it in the timeframe I need but I appreciate the effort.

Appointment made easily, and Kyle worked hard to clean my yard and flowerbeds up for spring. Very professional, reliable folks. Looking forward to worry free yard care finally!
