I’ve never had an issue there 😊 super clean and quick and friendly staff. There’s a lady who works there, she’s just this small, ethnic woman. Super sweet and helpful and always makes us laugh when we go in there. We just love her, we try to make sure we go there when she is there. But the building is very clean. 25 cents for 5 minutes in the dryers and the big big washers are $7 which fills 3 laundry baskets full of belongings. Rugs and all. And everyone that goes there to do their laundry are so welcoming and talkative. Small town laundry mat, but it’s the best we have in town no doubt about it.

The facilities were fine but the short haired woman at the desk was rude. She was shouting at me as soon as I walked in the door. I wont give this place my business again.

I have gone to this place a few times. I cant say its the best in town, mainly because I havent been anywhere else. That being said, its still a decent laundry mat. They only accept coin, cash, and I believe check. They do not accept credit cards or debit cards. The building itself doesnt look like much but the AC works and Id say all but a few of the machines work. So it will get the job done. There are vending machines inside the building as well as laundry detergent you can buy.

This is the best place in Crestview to do your washing. Its clean, its cheap and the staff are so nice and helpful and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This is a great place to do laundry. Its clean, and the machines work great. The attendant who works there could tell it was my first time there, and she was very kind and very helpful! Great experience!

Owner/Manager called me a n***** due to a disagreement. I was intent on getting a few extra quarters after my laundry was done and she confronted me with distasteful ignorance. Never going here again.

Needs a face lift and someone working with people skills. The attendant was rude and unhelpful. I got more assistance from a lady who used to work there than I did from the attendant. Even her body language screams dont talk to me.

Called to get info about drop off service as I had absolutely no clue of the process. They were very polite with letting me know the info. They are reasonably priced! When I arrived, I had additional questions about laundry detergent and dryer sheets to be chosen from or should I bring my own. I dropped my bedding and clothes off (roughly 18lbs) by 2 and picked them up at 6 when I got off work. Everything was perfectly clean, dry and folded. 🙂 I really appreciate the ladies that helped me out today.

They close at 9. I walked in at 7:15. I was told I couldnt do a load of laundry because it was too close to closing.

A not unpleasant clothes washing experience. The facility is generally clean, anything appearing dirty is really just worn. The change machine and washer gave me no problems. The price for a normal sized load is 2.00, very reasonable. The parking lot is moderately sized but stretches around the building, an entrance on either side makes coming and going a snap. I would have liked to see more chairs, the laundry wasnt near capacity and we were nearly out of places to sit.

I enjoy using this laundry facility because it’s clean - Rose - the attendant here is helpful and knowledgeable. The machines are a little older but the atmosphere - is good.

The facility is clean and the machines are in great working condition. The person on staff was helpful with my questions (I was considering doing the laundry drop off and pick up). I decided it was more Economics for me to wash my own comforters and blankets. The dry time was 30 min for what normally takes my dryer 1 hour and it can’t handle a large capacity. I am no longer putting wear and tear on my washer and dryer at home. I will be returning when needing to wash blankets and comforters.

The attendant was nice to me and my kids but i noticed quite rude and quick to confrontation with others.

AC was blasting, so it was cool enough. Washer doors especially all around seals were really grimey. Everything else ok.

I believe that these ladies that work here are very nice, we come here all the time because we dont have a washer and dryer, but most of the people who are giving these bad reviews seem to be doing this to themselves they are coming in and the last minute and not following rules, thats the same principal as going into a restaurant or store right before closing and expecting to get what u want.

The Hispanic lady working there locked all the doors but one while it was raining.So everybody had to go to one door in the pouring rain . I opened the door for a young lady that had two kids and two laundry baskets and was having hard time in the rain. So the Hispanic lady comes running over telling me not to open any doors that I dont have any right to open doors for people. She seems to be prejudice against white people because she opened the door for the black couple and let them out and let and locked it afterwards.

BRING YOUR OWN SOAP FOR THE RESTROOM!Pretty good. Dryers aren’t that great. Employees fix problems pretty well. Place is old (floors are stained), but equipment is newer. No soap in restroom.Gonna have to buy a washer for my apartment.

The hours posted on the door and confirmed by staff is from 6:m till 9: pm on Sundays until 8. Today, Tuesday, I went in at 8:30 Only to dry my clothes for around 15 minutes and an employee and her daughter, told me off! I was told that the cut off time to dry my clothes was at 8:15. I told them that I was only going to dry my clothes for 15 minutes and that I will be out by 9pm. I was threatened that if I used the dryer, they were going to call the police on me! The daughter at one point called me a Looser for Not having a dryer at home! And that she hopes that Trump deports me! The employee is a very short Hispanic lady with short black hair! Her daughter spoke down to me and disrespect me. I have used this facility previously with no problems. They do need a friendly staff. The staff there now, all seem like they are having a bad day. Not a pleasant atmosphere!

I try to go here Monday thru Friday. Its packed on the weekend. I usually bring Pet Bedding here to wash. They have very large washers here. They are priced from 5.00 to 7.00. Drying prices are 25 cents for 5 minutes. It always seems to be busy. The place is clean and the workers are helpful and friendly.

Ive been coming to this laundry mat for 9 years and have always been treated courteously until tonight. Came in before 8 to wash only, which takes 30 min, which would put me leaving around 830. Short Hispanic lady started yelling at me in front of 10 other people and said this was my last time. I told her that me coming in before 8 has never been a problem before and that I would be here sooner the next time. She still kept yelling and started talking in front of me to other patrons. I told her I was sorry again and to please stop saying bad things about me and she said that she wasnt talking to me. I went outside in the rain to get my other to loads and she locked the door behind me and yelled at me to go around. I will not return. Soap Opera Laundry by Waynes Catfish House DO NOT treat their customers like this, I encourage everyone that does not want to be berated in public to go there. As if being without a washer and dryer isnt hard enough, you get to be humiliated here!

Not enough time on dryer per quarter and the lady running it has a major attitude and locks all the doors except one a half hour before closing, which is against fire code, expecting you to haul your laundry all the way around the building to the parking area.

The people here are always friendly and the new dryers make the dry time so much better. Now if they could get the larger washers updated, everything would be top notch.

I haven’t been in a laundromat since 2002. I have to do my laundry here because my washer and dryer are on their way to my next duty station. Anyway, I came here and I think it is way overpriced. The lady at the counter has no customer service and has attitude. This place is garbage. I will avoid by all means. Good luck if you come here.

For 7 loads to wash at $2 ea & the dryers were so large were able to combined 2 loads plus a little more per machine using 3 in total at $0.25 per 5 mins so in total we spent $19.It was bright inside, clean, they have extra soap caps, soap dispensers, 2 bathrooms ( clean), stocked vending machine, change dispenser and an employee was always present & friendly.We felt comfortable enough to leave our items & took a walk to Casbahs coffee house.The only thing was we hoped for a better website with pics, pricing, services & times on the washing machines. Just so you know a head of time to prepare for the day rather than guessing on how long you can be away. Just as well it didnt hurt to show up & just ask but for convenience.Wed use them again.

Decent laundromat. Basic washers are $2.00. Triple loads are $5.00. Giant machines are $7.00. Those prices are as of today May 12th, 2019.

Its round, not square!!!!! One could just walk around in circles & nobody can hide in the corners. Machines are nice. Staff is very helpful. Conveniently located in downtown Crestview.

Parking sucks, and the place smells bad on the inside. Everything looks dirty, and they expect people to do laundry there. I will not be returning.

Great when someone isnt fussing at you about the way you do laundry and theyve waited 2.5 years to come up to you suddenly and tell you that youre wrong .... especially when the folks at this place who watch over things are generally fairly big sticklers for watching every little thing folks do with their laundry and correcting them for it. Happened to me and I got so furious, I just let my stuff wash because I had already poured soap and all in, and then left afterwards before even bothering to dry them ...

If you need to wash dry its good but I warn you now its overpriced.

Left after being told I could not wash a small throw rug and dish drying mat in the washer. My bath towels weigh more and absorb more water than those two articles. Just trying to squeeze money from customers by having them use the larger expensive units. Scam. Beware fellow Vets. Not a customer friendly business.
