For the first I had someone explain to me what my hearing loss was and how much it effects my daily life. Generally cares for you and want the best results for you. And as for the hearing aids amazing my last ones Hurt my left ear due to scar, worked with me till we got the best fit. The quality is outstanding don’t struggle to hear anymore. Wife loves that. Had a problem with my R/H hearing aid. It was not paired. I didn’t realize that pairing was the problem. I visited the Crestview office and Brandon and Melanie Porter checked them out and immediately found the problem. Little problems for us older folks concerning new technologies can be baffling. Brandon and Melanie will always help and get me back hearing to my fullest potential. Great folks to do business with. Melanie sent me a message on the steps to pair my hearing aids. I can do it myself the next time.

Very informative. For the expense of their product would be nice to have samples to try to be sure their hearing aid will make enough difference to offset purchase price.

Dr. Brandon is excellent. He explains hearing problems in detail and what causes or caused the loss of hearing. Highly recommend Dr. Brandon and let him educate you on hearing aids before the mistake of cheaper aids causes more problems and damage to your hearing.

My mom got her hearing aids from Brandon and Melanie first. I was so impressed with their customer service and willingness to provide assistance that I also got my hearing aids from them. My experience with US Hearing Solutions began with much urging from my wife to get my hearing checked. One day I went and got the mail and there was a card offering a free hearing test from US Hearing Solutions. So I gave them a call and set up an appointment. That turned out to be such a great experience. Brandon Porter and his lovely wife have been so helpful in every way from being greeted as if I was a member of the family when I walked through the door to being informed by Brandon of every detail of having my hearing tested and being fitted with my new hearing aids and what to expect with this new experience. I would highly recommended US Hearing Solutions if you are suffering from hearing loss of any kind. I have rated them a 5 only because there there wasn’t a rating of a 10. Hearing loss is more than just saying huh to what you are not hearing it’s about your health and well-being
