Love seeing my girl Leslie when I visit this location. She always has a great attitude and she is always helpful. Her customer service is exceptional and delivered with a smile.
I am 8 months pregnant and came in today (4-2–21 about 1:45p) with boxes that were a bit taxing only to realize I printed a label for FedEx and not UPS. One gentlemen said he would tape them up for me and apply the labels. At the counter, the other two gentlemen said they would drop the boxes off for me on their way out so I didn’t have to haul them again (I was already out of breath) ha. I’m sure that is not typical policy but I pray these 3 guys get praised and awarded for doing such a gesture. It made my day. Thank you so much!
Went to go get some documents notarized and was told the notary left for the day. It wasn’t even 5 o’clock yet. Loved the snarky attitude I got when told I should get that stuff done at my bank. Well my bank is not in this area so thank you for absolutely nothing. If you offer notary services you should post the hours then so that people are not in a bind like this. Teaching your staff to show some respect is the least you could do.
I like this Crestview UPS store location. Their store manger and employees are really nice and very helpful. I have been using this location for over a years and every day I been there they always provide a good customer services, offered the help and very fast service. Thank you so much. I highly recommend.
Love this place.Unlike USPS, they never ask you to bring your own tape, or tell you it’s not the proper box; in fact, they package things for you!Love the convenience of UPS, and also love their friendly delivery drivers.
I have tried numerous times to talk about our horrible experience shipping a table to Pennsylvania. I paid for a table to be properly packaged and protected but now I’m now paying to have the table refinished due to all the concealed damage that was not evident until the truck drove away due to the table being insufficiently secured and protected. I have been lied to by the General Manager and Store Manager on how the claim was processed and the outcome. I have asked for the owners information as well and was not given the courtesy to at least communicate the situation. We were told the table was going to have a crate built for transport and a cheap pallet was constructed with screws that scratched and gouged the top as there was nothing put between the table and the pallet except the sheet that was used to cover it during preparation. The sheet has holes worn on the corners where the table rubbed through. I called the store immediately and was told I would be contacted the next day. I then supplied over 20 pictures of the extensive damage to the table. (This was a brand new handmade walnut table) We were asked to get a refinish quote on letterhead which we did only to be told that the claim was refused. We then were told by our local UPS store to resubmit it for concealed damage and I had to ask 6 weeks later as nothing was communicated. Still denied. So I paid $600.00 to ship a hand made table. Now I’m paying $1000.00 to refinish top and legs due to damage. I am a business owner myself and would never treat a customer this way. I’m dumbfounded.
Great customer service and prompt service. They are always friendly and helpful. Some services are pricey but it isnt the employees fault. Im very pleased with their service and will continue to use them for my mailing needs.
This UPS is the best UPS store I have ever been to. They are very customer service oriented, very professional, they get you in and out very quickly, and will answer any and all questions you may have. Leslie is my absolute favorite, she always takes care of me, and always goes above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend this store for anyone needing anything shipping related, stuff printed, faxed, etc., they are your store to get it done!
Didnt have an Amazon box so I had to pay for one of yours in order to send my box that did not come in an Amazon box (clearly as the label was on it) back.
Just mailed a regular size birthday card at this location to go to England, was charged $4 something, questioned it and was told that was the cost. At the post office that size and weight card is $1.22, what a rip off. Will never be mailing from there again. That’s daylight robbery
I absolutely love coming in to this store to mail all my items. I never even bother going to the US post office any more. The entire team, Jenn, Heidi, Kiyyah, Mikey, Leslie and Chris are so accommodating and personable with all my needs. They personally help me find everything i need to mail items back and make sure it is painless. They are my go to when it comes to mailings. Keep up the good work.
Theyre getting more and more expensive, but the service was excellent and helpful. The amount of paperwork was frustrating, but then again, my package was going to Canada. To be clear, the people are great. Professional, courteous, clear, and helpful. The corporate policies are increasingly frustrating.
Walked in there not really sure what I needed to do, with a few different shipping tasks to complete. Ashley, Leslie and Mikey were awesome!! The helped me out so efficiently and they are so great with customer service! First real smile of my morning, thanks to them!
I’ve never spent to much time inside, which is a good thing. When you arrive, their is someone ready to assist you immediately. This is always because it allows you to get in with your day.
Walked in with the store absolutely packed, 11 days before Christmas. We thought wed be there for hours, with three large groups of gifts to be packaged and shipped, but the line moved quickly, and Jenn was great and got us right in and out. If you have AAA or AARP, there are also discounts on packaging and shipping, so be sure to mention that.
Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Chris the General Manager and Mikey the Assistant Manager of the Crestview UPS Store. My daughter is getting married and my husband made some hand crafted corn hole boards for her reception. I thought the shipping process was going to be a nightmare, but Chris made it so very easy. I highly recommend this establishment for ALL of your shipping needs. They were able to save me money and made me feel secure about the items being sent. Thanks again for the A+ service!!!
Completely disagree with the last reviewer. While on Christmas vacation from Virginia I realized I forgot to give my roommate her gift. Having managed a UPS store in VA for 4 years I wasn’t looking forward to going here, just because I know how long the lines are this time of year. But my mind was quickly changed when I got up to the counter that “Jenn” was working. She was so positive (which I know is hard to do in retail at Christmas time) and so helpful!! She had me laughing the whole time while also getting the job done in a timely manner. I wish I had thought at the time to ask to speak to the boss to pass along some kind words about her. But after reading the previous review I notice that mr W Hansell’s only other review is negative about this same young lady. Sounds like a personal problem and not a UPS problem to me.. She was kind, positive, and helpful. Keep up the good work Jenn. YOU are what all customer service should be!

My store in Crestview fl are wonderful. I do a lot of shipping for my small reborning business. When i walk through the door they start getting my boxs ready for me so i am out quickly. For me that means a lot.
Anyone that says this UPS store has good customer service, is either drubk, or on drugs. The older black lady is awful. Her service is the worst. IDK if this is what people expect around here, but if it is, then your expectations are low. I completely boycott this location and would rather go to Niceville where people actually understand what customer service really means.

Horrible customer service. The employee (Jenn) was more interested in flirting with the customer in front of me than assisting me. Even after finishing with the customer she continued to talk to him and ignore me. Incredibly rude and inappropriate.

Service is normally good, however the last time I went I was Over Charged for a 12lb box. They measured it at 16x16x16 (a square box), but anyone looking at it could tell it was a rectangle (14.5x14.5x16). Even if you rounded up, I was still over charged $4.00 and I asked them to re-measure, They complied and still said it was 16x16x16 which it wasnt. All I ask is please Do Your Job Correctly.
Never had a problem with the operation other than unprepared customers. They cause delays for everyone else.
Save yourself some time and drive to Niceville. I went in yesterday, October 25th, needing to have a label and fax cover sheet faxed to a business, which is called a return service, and was told that they couldn’t do it by the gentlemen working the front. I don’t recall his name but he had a nose ring and a Pinterest tattoo on his left forearm. He told me that maybe other locations can do it but they cannot. The staff already seemed overwhelmed and irritated with the few other customers that were there so I just left and called the Niceville location and explained what I was trying to do, which was pay for a label and have it faxed to a business to have a motorcycle title overnighted to me, they assured me they could handle it. I drove to Niceville and had a completely different experience. Maybe it’s lack of experience or knowledge I experienced at this location which can be addressed with proper training, but there was no excuse for the lack of customer service skills. There was no attempt to be friendly or try to help me with this return service.
I have always had excellent service at this UPS location. I was noticing some of the bad reviews and find them to be coming from people that are absolutely clueless when it comes to packing and mailing via a UPS store if you go in there with no box mind you, and they have to pack it for you. I know first hand they give the FULL cost of packing and shipping an item and there are NO surprises at the register when you pay. Seems to be a few liars and sour grapes on here which are not at all fair to our UPS folks!I have mailed MANY a package through them Ive had ready to go and most of them already packed by me and paid for shipping on-line, just using them as a drop off point.Ive NEVER had an item go missing!I have had nothing BUT excellent and timely service!
They are the best, I just had knee surgery and they came out to the car, got .y packao, and gave me a receipt, just awesome

Ive used this location for shipping multiple times with multiple items and have run into no issues whatsoever. All packages have been received by the recipients without any issue in a timely manner. I dont understand the negative reviews by other individuals listed here. Id venture to say they are just finding a reason to complain about something insignificant for hopes of free compensation/services. You may run into mild to moderate wait times during peak hours, but you would be standing in line for about as long as waiting for fast food. Thats normal for a popular brand/business establishment. To their team up there, Id say job well done.
Went to mail package and needed a box. The piece I was mailing was heavily wrapped in bubble wrap and was not fragile at all. The shipping cost was 18.85, which is about what I expected, but my final bill was 32.22. She charged me 4.50 for the box, about what I figured, and 8.11 to tape the box closed. I questioned this and was told thats what they charge for box prep. Absolute rip off. Save your money and just drive to post office. Will never step through their door again.
I gave them 3 stars because the customer service is great. However the business itself charges a 30% fee on shipping rates. $100 to ship at FedEx will cost around $130 to ship here. I will make the extra trip next time.
Everyone there is very kind... but Ive sent multiple packages from there, and more than half of them never made it to final destination... a HUGE issue. If you send anything from here, make sure to certify it.

This place deserves a zero star review! Mikey does not need to be at the register! Rude and condescending. Horrible service. I will drive across town to ship and will never give this place my business. Check out the shipping store next door to WinnDixie instead.
So, my mom passed away in Nov.2016,and my 22month older sister who lived w/ her and cared for her, died July10th, 2017.I lost my whole family in less than 8 months. I live in Tennessee. I didnt get to go home very often, so when I did get to go in July to the funeral, I packed up A LOT of sentimental items. Mostly pictures and German heritage metrobellya items. While the crew packed things well, the boxes went thru a beating! Items were damaged. It broke my heart all over, again! Ya know what, though, people actually cared about how I felt, from the top of the chain, to the bottom! Leslie, YOU are so special, and I thank you so very much for caring for me like you did! Im not computer savy( oh, my name is Tanya, Tim is my husband), and you took me under your wing! Chris you are a good follow up person. You didnt brush me off when I called to see if Leslie was working. Yall are what make a company special, along w/ good owners. I would definitely do business w/ youns again! Thank you ALL so much !! Sent package that was insured for 200 dollars, they lost the package and didnt put the insurance on it either. They even claimed it arrived but it was brought to the wrong house and wasnt even returned to the UPS in the city it was shipped to. Now I dont even know who has that package.
