The team (Kyle, Zack, Brandon and Nick) were extremely professional, timely and informative. They explained everything they had to do, making sure the customer was fully aware of the process. They went above and beyond to make sure my home was clean after the work was complete and removed debris from my property! I would HIGHLY recommend their services!

We had a condo damage from upper floor sprinklers. KG Restoration was called in by HOA. I got their techs (Kyle) phone # from their office. Communication with owners who are remote is very important in these serious situations, and they did a great job on planning and keeping me updated over text. They quickly moved in to dry the unit with multiple fans, removed baseboards, drilled holes to ceiling. But more importantly they repaired the damage, put on new baseboards, patched the ceilings in a week and were flexible in line with my schedule of check-ins and check-outs

KG Restoration is excellent! It started with water damage. Kyle came out and accessed what needed to be done and started immediately. He explained what he would do and why . I was concerned about black mold, he checked thoroughly and reassured me that he could not find any. When Kyle came to pick up the dehumidifier, I made a comment about how hot our house stays. Kyle asked about the attic insulation and I told him I wasnt sure . He checked the attic and our insulation was no where near what it needed to be. Kyle and his associate came yesterday and added the proper amount. WHAT A DIFFERENCE !! In 24 hours my home is cool, and we can sleep comfortably. I want to also add this, we have a 5 year with sensory processing disorder and is on the autism spectrum. Kyle was very thoughtful and worked with me about this. He made sure not to upset our routine that is so important. I asked a million questions and every one was explained . Hardworking, honest, fair, friendly, easygoing and dependable. We had a pipe bust that flooded a bathroom and part of a bedroom.They arrived quicker than expected as I knew they were serious when they busted out the FLIR camera. Let me start by saying Kyle is absolutely AMAZING!!! He is super professional, committed to doing a great job, punctual, knowledgeable, military friendly, and familiar with how USAA homeowners insurance works. He was referred to us for a mold issue we were having in our pantry. Kyle immediately came over same day to take a look, great attitude, walked us through the remediation process. I was 8 months pregnant & the mold was terrible he immediately got rid of the mold so that my family and I wouldnt get sick. He was super patient waiting on USAA (usaa took like 2 months). And when they finally completed their piece he quickly got to work reinstalling the cabinets & pantry! By this time I had my baby, he was super sweet about watching the noise volume & making sure that everything was installed the way it was supposed to be. It was bitter sweet seeing him go after the project was complete but Ive been blessed to have him work this project

My house flooded and KG restoration showed and took care of everything. Other than actually doing the job well and helping with the claim Kyle cleaned up every day after the job and was polite to my wife and kids which is actually important to me. Another thing was he was there when he said he would be and always showed up at the agreed time to check his work and actually called me ahead of time to let me know He would be delayed (once). Oh yeah.. he answered the phone when I called. Working with KG was easier than working with the insurance company.
