I absolutely hate going to the dentist but deciding to give this practice a try has made all the difference. The staff is amazing and every experience I have had so far has been exceptional. Dr. T and Dr. Rodriguez are both awesome. You will not regret making an appointment here.

Crestview-Fl, Aspen dental is so much of a fun environment. The set up is out of this world. The music is awesome and easy too talk with everyone, they are so above nice and really take time talking with you, not rushing to explain your treatments. And they get you quickly in!! Emily Is wonderful quick and fast on finding the right and cheap payments and setting you up with all your treatments!! My experience was awesome, happy, fun, and the music is great, it put you at ease. Oh and they are so GENTLE!! Doctor W. Hernandezs and hygienists really breaks down each and every issue.

My first experience with Aspen Dental was amazing. The atmosphere was welcoming! The staff was pleasant and courteous. I love how each person that I had interacted with had shown care, helpful and very informative. With them being informative I was able to learn something new during my visit. At first everything went well. I had 4 wisdom removals and was supposed to have enamel work done. Over the past month I have called at least 20 times and every time I get their voicemail. I am being billed for a service that I have yet to receive or have scheduled after 3 entire months! I still can not get through and they don’t have anyone answering their phones so apparently I’ll have to drive an hour on my 1 day off a week just to talk to someone.

Chipped my tooth pretty bad and I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to fix it same day. Not only did this location fix my issue same day but they did an excellent job at it as well. 👌👌👌Quality Fixes! 👍🙂

I am terrified of going to the dentist, but the female dentist here is amazing. She is gentle and explains everything to you. She made me feel safe and not afraid. I will no longer put dental work off as long as she is my dentist. Not only that the staff is amazing! Keep up the great work

Aspen dental of Crestview provided great support in my recent surgery! They got me straight in and out before I even knew I had surgery… no wait at all! I’m very pleased with the doctor and staff at Aspen!!!

They was great. Made sure I was very comfortable and all my questions were answered. Will recommend to friends and family.

New patient who came in fir a routine cleaning. If course they padded the costs for maximum profitability which I totally understood and accepted. Tried to sell me a $125 toothbrush which I refused. Paid upfront for the follow up visit also. Came in for my follow up and was told I had a balance of $37 25 which I handed them two $20 bills. I was told they dont give change so the differ would be a credit if I didnt mind. Well yes I do mind. I gave you cash for goods or services so I should receive my change. Since that wasnt an option I cancelled the appointment and requested a refund of the $242 Id prepaid. Of course that was a problem too. In the end they are supposedly processing my refund and I should receive it whenever. Mind you, my wife has been going to them for over two years now and Ive paid over $4k so far out of pocket with another $3k worth of work scheduled and on the books. I wont be back but I wont ask my wife to change dentists so far into her treatment plan but rest assured afterwards we wont be back.

Went 3 times in a week for different procedures at the FWB office. The staff was friendly and professional. The efficiency of scheduling and office wait times were better than average.

Awful experience, if you like to be treated like cattle go visit Aspen Dental. Once you enter the facility they treat you like your a piece of their property-freaking scary! New patients get a free screening, then they wanna charge $500+ dollars for a bi-annual cleaning. I would never put a toe near the doorway of a Aspen Dental facility. Do your research- Google: Leonard Green(owner) & Prospect Hospital. Go see your local dentist, who works for Himself, honestly.

I love the dentists there and Vanessa is Great. But I didn’t have all the work done that they originally wanted me to. I had to finance the cost and now they owe me money to be put back with the financial company. I have been trying for Four Months to get this done and every time I talk to someone they say “oh,looks like we have to resubmit this to headquarters “. That’s happened at least four times and whenever I call and leave a message for the office manager I get no return call. I don’t even know who that is either. I’ve tried to be patient but it’s getting harder to do. Last week I asked for just a copy of my bill to check the balance. They printed out 54 pages and had me sign a release form and it has everything in there Except the bill. Don’t know what to do next. But I do know that I won’t go back there again.

Everyone was very nice. It was easy to make an appointment and the dentist was very informative along with the hygienist. The tech who took the x-rays was wonderful.

Good dental technicians and open late in the evening too. I never see the same dentist, but they all seem to do quality work. The consultation employees are okay, but they could use some refresher in customer service.

My first exam visit went fine, and my first cleaning was also fine though my husband was not pleased with the gossipy behavior of the staff behind the desk, I gave the benefit of the doubt. I went in again for the third week in a row for what I thought was an initial appointment for clear aligners and after waiting for over an hour and being asked to fill out paperwork I had already filled two weeks prior I was brought back to the office to have the same pricing conversation I had at my first appointment with no intention to actually provide the service I was there for. I found it incredibly disrespectful of my time and the response of the office manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I wont be returning to this office or any other Aspen Dental, so glad I didnt consent to them doing anything more than a cleaning for me

As with all dissatisfied customers I will start by saying if I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Aspen dental has been the worst healthcare experience I have ever received and I use the VA. I had multiple fillings and a crown put in over the course of a few months. The fillings all went fine but the crown has been a nightmare. The entire crown experience has been awful the staff was either inexperienced with the procedure or simply didnt care. Then months after the procedure I receive a threatening letter from Aspen stating that I was going to be billed for all prior services if I did not complete their treatment plan. (word to the wise before signing one of their cash grab schemes, I mean treatment plans) I called Aspen back asking what part of my treatment I hadnt received. They stated I had not had my crown and still only had the temporary. I assured them that I did, I remembered the horrible experience; to which they assured me I was wrong and scheduled me to come in that very afternoon so one of their Drs could examine it and show me that I was wrong. I arrived for the appt and wouldnt you know it I did have the crown after all. Since then I have received another one of the same letters from Aspen concerning my treatment plan and 2 separate refusal from my insurance refusing to pay because Aspen is billing them incorrectly.

Love Aspen Dental! They are the best. All of the of the staff are very nice. I will continue to see them for anything I need in the future.

The staff at Aspen were friendly and efficent. They handled my out of state insurance. They did a very thorough exam. When I mention I would have like to have my teeth cleaned They said they could get me in soon and by the time I left I was fit into a cancelation same day. The equipments state of the art office clean. I am a retired Dental Hygienist I was impressed.

Over all, it was a very pleasant experience with quick service in a very modern atmosphere, but I will say that the actual dentist that serviced me came off a bit too exentric, for a first time visit anyways. Not sure what the average price point is in the area, but it did come across as a bit pricy. 3.5 stars is what Id rate it if that was an option.

Hands down THE best dental experience I have ever had. Some dentist offices naturally make you feel awkward and uncomfortable. Not these people. They are super friendly and treat you as if they have known you for years, even as a new patient. And the pricing is really fair. I dont regret my decision to come here, and would 1,000% recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks guys for being amazing!

So I have to say I’m a little disappointed in Aspen dental. From the moment I walked in the door I was handled by friendly and professional staff and doctors. I left feeling really good about my appointment. However two days later multiple phone calls back trying to get an answer on whether or not my insurance is going to cover my dental treatment I have yet to hear back from anyone! Not sure how you can handle the whole appointment amazingly and then drop the ball so poorly at the end. Super disappointing!

Everyone was amazing! They were able to make time for a last minute filling, an exam and cleaning! My dental hygienist was particularly great, she explained everything she used on me, what her next move was going to be, and ya know how they typically tell you “close your mouth, open”? She let me move at my own pace. Wonderful experience.

The staff, everyone from the receptionist to our hygienist and Dr. Hernandez were very kind and welcoming. My eleven year old son never had a moment of unease and is actually looking forward to his next visit.

6 month cleaning went good. Staff was professional and nice.

I have 2 teeth that are slightly crooked (the doc even asked if I’ve ever had braces). He used a comparison of having a mild heart defect to me getting sure smile trays. Pushing scare tactic of my jaw rotting out over time if I didn’t get it fixed. I understand they have quotas to meet and want to push something on every patient but come on.

I will never go back. Dont believe the treatment plan prices you are quoted. I asked twice during my treatment plan meeting whether the quote I was given was what I would have to pay, and was told yes. I received an additional bill for hundreds of dollars after paying my full balance at the time of appointment. Actually, I paid it in full before they gave my son and I any service. When I received a bill, it showed a previous balance which was interesting as I had never been there prior to this appointment. I am still seeking answers two months later, as no one is responding to emails, BUT, of course, the bills keep coming. Be cautious of the billing and treatment plan team.

Staff is extremely professional and very thorough. After my initial exam they discussed all my options and gave me ample time to make a decision. I never once felt pressured or rushed during my visit. Would definitely recommend.

Giving a headup using aspen dentals corporate website, If you schedule your appointment online through the main website and confirm via the text they send you, the location doesnt receive that confirmation, only corporate does. They can schedule appointments over the phone, if you do schedule it online, confirm with them over the phone and call the location directly.

Don’t go to this place they are not trustworthy they stole my money that I dropped and act like they didn’t the whole staffs are frauds and liars I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy

The dental team from the moment you walk into the door to the time you leave is extremely professional and friendly! Especially Vanessa!! She is always smiling, laughing with you to help you relax, and keeps you informed about your care. She is the go to tech and helps the office run smoothly! Plus she has a great eye for tooth shade color!! (I had to get another bridge to match my existing one.) If merit raises are a thing here she definitely deserves one!! Oh course you can not forget the doc! He is professional, friendly, outgoing, and takes the time to not only explain the treatment plan options but listens to your dental concerns. Dr. Moshe and Vanessa are a great team and make me want to return back to this specific Crestview, FL office. I have never had a bad experience at this office and they truly make me feel like I am a VIP. One last plus the office music is the best!!!

I went in with the intentions that I was going to get some relief from my bk tooth and my wisdom tooth. They didn’t hv any concerns about those just the stuff that needed to b done on my other teeth. They gave me some antibiotics and sent me on my way and told me to take them when I needed them. They also gave me papers that state I need almost $14,000 worth of work n my mouth and still not concerned about the pain I was n or about what I needed to do to get the 2 teeth out. Not happy with the care I got. The rooms were clean and sanitized, the working team were very nice and explained everything. I just felt that my teeth that was giving me problems shld hv been their top priority,, but it was not top priority to them. I felt as if they wasted my time as well as theirs

My first time using Aspen dental and my experience was nothing short of amazing. From check in to X-rays, my consult and signing up for Invisalign. I have wanted to get my teeth straightened again for years, so their plan to help me was top notch. Thank to the team at Aspen.

Well first of all, the price that Im being charged by Aspen dental is amazing compared to the other dentist I was going to. My after insurance cost at Aspen dental is literally 90% lower than the private dentist I was seeing. The staff is incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable. I absolutely despise going to the dentist but the people at Aspen make it a little more tolerable. I will be going to Aspen for all my future dental care.

It had been 5 years since my last cleaning. I called Aspen Dental after a quick google search. They asked to to come in for free xrays and an examination. They let me know the severity of my problem, thankfully they explained it very thoroughly and in a simple to understand way. They used this cool ultrasound type device to get a 3D scan of your teeth. No more biting into nasty play-doh.Unfortunately, I do not have dental insurance so this was helpful because they had also broken down the costs of cleanings and etc without insurance. I was shocked by how affordable it was, I spend more in starbucks each month. I scheduled my cleaning for later today and it was just as easy.No nasty grit grinding on the teeth, a gentle squirt of some numbing stuff on your gums and they use an insane water pick thing. Followed up with a scrapey-scrape with the pick, a floss and another mouth rise of some kind I was good to go for under 200.My next appointment is scheduled, thank you so much Aspen Dental.

They changed up everyone on me.. I feel a type of way about this.

I made an appointment for my regular bi-annual cleaning. I was never told I needed an consultation first. After 90 minutes, them taking a million x-rays, and poking around in my mouth, I was told I needed gingivitis treatment and they would not be doing a cleaning. Id have to come in for another appointment to get that completed. It would be an additional cost on top of my insurance and I could NOT deny treatment and just get my regular cleaning as I intended. I pride myself on my teeth and dental care so to hear something that NO other dentist has ever told me seemed unusual. I basically wasted 90 minutes for nothing. I will pay that money to an out of network dentist who dont try to upsell me on a fancy toothbrush and a treatment I dont want completed.

I truly loved everyone there. Everyone was very polite even the doctor. It was the best experience I ever had at a dentist office! I was very nervous getting my tooth extracted but The Doctor was so gentle with me, it did not hurt one bit and I asked, “is it out?” Thank GOD for you!Doctor (Ryan or Ron) sorry could not remember his name but I will make this my dentist office for myself and my children in Crestview, Florida.

First visit to get established, however also needing some pain relief or root canal. Everyone was super nice and informative however was a little upset that there was nothing they could do for my pain but prescribe an antibiotic. Referred out, made appt (a week out was soonest I could be seen), then got call from that office the day before my appt that they had a covid incident, and had to push my appt a week further out. Still, if no Crestview office (that takes my insurance) has an Endodontics, then Aspen Dental stays my Dental office.

Aspen Dental is working with my insurance well. The staff and doctor are all friendly, professional and communicate well. The overhead music was great and decreased my overall anxiety about going to the dentist in half! I found the clinic to be clean and infection control conscious.

The entire staff was wonderful. I had no issues. They were ready and willing to explain everything so that I was able to understand. They have good waiting times as well, not too long. We will be doing all of our dental for the family here, for the foreseeable future.

After checking the reviews for this particular office I went in uncertain of the care I would soon receive. The full 360 degree x-ray and bite wings went well. The 3D imaging of the entire set of teeth was also good (this imaging was something I had not experienced from previous dentists anywhere). The gum line and bone density evaluation was another process no other dentist had performed in such detail. The exam with the dentist was thorough. The office administer discussed charges and billing with various payment options. If you have no insurance the x-rays and exam is not charged. My cleaning went well the next day.Overall I was very satisfied with the entire process. Mike

Very busy office today. Staff worked to get everyone seen in a timely matter. When staff came in to room, they did not seemed rushed like they had other patients to visit. They took the time with you to answer any questions and give proper treatment.

Aspen dental is over booked and under staffed. The staff is extremely friendly but I believe it is to hide the fact that they are not organized and are led by the up sale of dentistry. 2 1/2 hours waiting and 15 minutes of dental work.

I came to the Crestview location from Pensacola because of the reviews and they proved to be right! I am so glad I took the trip because the staff was lovely, kind, and competent. They made me feel at home as a first time patient there and made the whole consultation and cleaning a breeze for me. The cleaning was thorough and I really appreciated the care that Vanessa put into it, as I have TMJ and cant keep my mouth open for a long time, so I needed to take breaks. They also told me exactly what they were doing the during the appointment so I felt very in the loop. My teeth feel sparkly clean and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good dentist + friendly staff.

Twice now, I have had an urgent need for dental work, and was able to be seen immediately, no waiting for days or weeks. The staff and office manager at the Niceville, FL Aspen location are super friendly, efficient and caring. In particular, Randall the office manager went above and beyond to get me in, offered solutions to financial concerns, and just simply was warm, knowledgeable and genuine. He is a valuable asset to the patients and Aspen Dental.

They never answer the phone, the consistently put you on hold after picking it up.I attempted to schedule with their oral surgeon and waited over a year just for them to cancel my appointment and then tell me they were unaware of when their oral surgeon will be back in. Save you time.

They were great. Called to reschedule my appointment for 10/30 to 10/31 and they told me they could get me in the day I called, RIGHT AWAY. I came in for my first visit done xrays, scans, the whole 9 yards. Got to speak with the dentist and he explained the wisdom teeth needed to be removed. Talked to the person that schedules the removal and they also done those on the SAME day. Great place. I would highly recommend it. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable dentists. Great care.

People were polite and professional, but I was made to feel like a piece of meat on an assembly line. The ads reflect concern for military and senior citizens and Aspens commitment to help with low prices and affordable financing. In my case, they did not seem too concerned, and I am a Veteran on social security.

I need three front teeth visibly whittled down to fit caps on them. They did four, one of which was completely unknown to me. I was given no after care instructions on the temporaries put in while waiting for my permentents. I was pushed out the door right after I got out of the chair and was told to simply eat naturally and avoid things like gum and crunchy items. First night one of the caps broke off along with the piece of tooth I had holding it on. Again, I have no experience with this dental procedure and was given no instruction on care. Just, sure you can eat, and was shown the door. Horrible experience in the Crestview Aspen dental office! Go somewhere else if your insurance will allow!

Went to Aspen Dental for the first ... and last time... I have been going to my dentist for over 25 yrs and have had regular cleanings and care, but wanted to switch to another dentist office because my dentist retired and we have new insurance. I THOUGHT I went in for a cleaning, but I never received one.... The staff were all friendly, polite, and professional, but I was there for THREE AND A HALF HOURS. I felt like I had set through a time share presentation!! I was told of a lot of work that HAD to be done, even though I have never had any problems, including a deep cleaning below my gum line, and they would not do any kind of cleaning of my teeth until this expensive treatment was done....Very nice staff.... for the most part...

I made an appointment and gave them my insurance information. I had the appointment for two weeks. When i get to the appointment they check me in, i fill out all the paperwork. They call me back, i get a bunch of xrays and talk about all my medical history. They poke around and all this then they tell me they dont accept my insurance but dont worry this visit is free and i dont owe anything today...... yall need to find all this out before you cause people to waste their time.

I absolutely love the staff at Aspen dental. I had not been to the dentist in a long time and they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I spent a lot of time laughing and smiling considering the fact that I came in due to a discomfort in my tooth. They were even able to do my extraction the same day!!! I was at the Aspen Dental clinic for an appointment 21 March. I had a very pleasant experience with one of the staff. Lindsey checked me in and out, she was very professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. It was a busy afternoon, I needed new dentures, she was very patient and took the time to go over with me the different quality and prices of the dentures. She also stated Aspen Dental can accommodate me with affordable payments. I would highly recommend Aspen dental to anyone.

I went to the Aspen Dental Clinic in Niceville, FL. I had an excellent experience. The Dr. and staff were pleasant, helpful and understanding. I highly recommend this office. I got 2 fillings and my teeth cleaned. I will get my partial in 2 weeks so I will let you know how that goes. I give them an A+ so far.

LOVE them! Great offices/clinic, very CLEAN which is something I immediately look at. The staff are very friendly and put you right at ease, which is great if, like me, you get a little anxious at the dentist. Also, they have a little flat screen TV mounted to the chair that you get to watch while you wait...Ill admit while I was already happy thus far that sold me. :-) Definitely recommend!

The staff were all extremely kind. I was apprehensive because of the condition of my teeth and the price I was looking at. The dental hygienist, Sam, handed me tissues when I broke down and talked me through it. Extremely kind and personable. Lindsey at the check out desk answered all my questions and worked with me to find the best plan to fit my budget. Definitely one of the best experiences Ive had with a dentist office.

They were friendly, gave complete explanations of what they were seeing, and what their recommendations would be. I did not feel like I was a number to them. The doctor took his time to give me what I felt was a true and honest opinion. The end result is that I trust these caregivers to have my best interests in mind while trying to run a business too.I highly recommend them here in Crestview. !!

Not even gonna give em more than one star, and one star is to much.... my girl had work there done. and they jacked up the procedure. she had to have emergency surgery because of the infection caused by the original visit. now they are claiming no responsibility and zero compensation. well no responsibility and treating a customer like they have only means they are a bad practice and should be investigated and or shut down. zero customer service as far as im concerned. stay away and find a better company if you need work.
