Very unhappy with Westerra Development. We went to Westerra before Christmas to have Pole Barn Drawings made, we spoke with a gentleman who said they would charge $600 and I would have everything I need to build the pole barn from the ground up, and to pass all inspections. The first time the inspector looked over them Westerra had left something off the drawings, I took them back, they fixed the drawings and charged me $200. I then took them back to the inspector and he said they left something else off of the drawing. I took the drawing back to Westerra and they said they would fix them. I then went back yesterday January 30, to get the drawing and they have charged me another $118. This company has charge me 2 times for their mistakes. I will never use this company again. They do drawings for house all day long and cant get a pole barn drawing right, without charging the customer for their own mistake. I am very unhappy with the service I received from this company! Seems to me like it was a way to get extra money!
