Nice old woman runs the shop. Did great on dress blue uniform. She also does any type of alterations/tapering you may need. Very reasonable prices and even has quick turn around time

Ms. Ayfer worked magic on my bridesmaid dress. The dress was too snug and I was very worried that it wouldnt be able to be taken out, but Ayfer made it happen! She did great work and the alterations didnt break the bank. If I ever need alterations again I will bring them to Ayfer!

Ms Ayfer was a life saver! She can do literally anything for you at such a reasonable price, I promise. I came in to have my ASU pants taken in a bit and she took care of them in less than 24 hours. Amazing seamstress! I cannot recommend enough.

Ayfer was amazing. She shortened the shoulders and hemmed the bottom of my wedding dress. I just moved to Niceville and was a bit weary to get my dress altered somewhere I didnt know, but Wow was I shocked with how great it turned out! Super reasonable prices as well, but what I think was best was her honesty. I was unsure of whether I should stick with a medium or small dress and she gave me honest opinions and didnt want me to waste money on alterations that didnt need to be done. I recommend!

#1 AROUND! Ive been to dozens of alteration shops. Ayfers is the best. So clutch, I brought in a military coat in and a belt that needed altered for the next morning before work and she had the coat let out and the belt altered in about 2 hours. Im telling you. FANTASTIC! Ive never seen or heard of a shop that does this kind of thing. Go here for your alterations. You wont be let down

She is a very rude and unprofessional lady. I brought in a wedding dress, all I needed was one inch hemmed of the front bottom. I was short of time and so I asked if she could do it within a week, she said no one would do that but that shell do it for 200$! (I had a friend who did the same job in 2 days for way cheaper) So I told her Sorry, but I cant affort that, its ok, Ill try somewhere else But she got all sarcastic and starting laughing at my dress saying it looked cheap, making fun of the way I stand and make hurtful comments to me. Very unprofessional. That same day I found another seamstress who did the job in hours for 40$ and my dress looked perfect.

Ayfer is the sweetest!!! She was just amazing with our son who is very shy. He received an Adidas tracksuit for his birthday. Of course it didn’t fit him because he is always between sizes. We took him to see Ayfer, she is so busy but she took her time with him and assured him it would look great! Well, we just picked his suit up and it looks like it was made just for him. Her work is impeccable!!! Being a name brand and having stripes he was afraid it would make it look different when she fixed it! It looks just amazing! It doesn’t look like anything was done to it other than it fitting him perfect! (She even left room to grow, so it can be let out when he grows!!!) Love her work! Love her! She’s the Best!!! If you need alterations go see Ayfer, you will be so happy you did!!!!

She did amazing with my wedding dress! I also walked in the day before my wedding with my daughters dress that was 3 sizes to small hoping she can help me. She not only stayed open after she closed she completely took the dress apart and redid it to fit her! Plus she gave me an amazing deal! Thank you so much!! You saved the day

Very quick and accommodating, good prices, and had a lovely chat. Mostly I was thrilled with her work and the careful stitching. I brought in my Prada dress to fix a small hole and get the stitches reinforced and just crossed my fingers because its my fave dress, and she did a very careful job. She also taught me how to zip delicate zippers as not to break them :)

Very rude. I brought in a dress, just to get one inch hemmed off the the bottom & asked if it was possible to do within a week ( I understand it’s a short time period which is why I asked if it was possible ).. she said no one would do that within a week, and that If I wanted her to do it it would be 160$. So I told her nevermind, thank you though, and she laughed and make smart comments to me. Never again. Very unprofessional. Found another seamstress who will be done within a few days & was very sweet, for 60$.

When I first moved to Crestview and was looking for a seamstress, I was suggested to Alterations by Ayfer by many of my new friends who are local to the area. Since then, I have taken multiple dresses (from casual to formal) and even jeans to Ayfer for alterations and have been extremely happy with the results! Not only is the work always impeccably done, she is amazing at describing different options for alterations and keeps in touch to let me know how the work is going. So far, Ayfer has always completed my alterations on time if not early and I definitely feel like the prices are fair. I will be continuing to bring my clothing to Ayfer for alterations and am very glad to have found her shop.

Poor customer service! She was very rude in dealing with me. She was impatient and made smart aleck remarks such as you can sew a button on cant you? Well, if I could I wouldnt be at your shop! When she listed the price to sew up a tear on one of my dresses, I told her no thank you because her price to fix the dress cost more than I paid for the dress itself, so it wasnt worth it to me. She got irritated and told me to fix the other dress I gave her by myself as well. She also bad-mouthed the alteration service on 7th Group, which is unprofessional on her part. The alterations place on 7th Group has done great work, so I will just go back there even though its a farther drive for me.

Perfection! I have taken everything from mens blue jeans to womens dress slacks & blouses to Miss Ayfer. Everytime the work is perfect. Some say she is expensive but in my mind I dont mind paying extra for high quality work.
