I called Tammy and explained that that the guy you send for a deep clean and gave the less than good results rather than place on google to tell you direct. My checking afterwards, 3 is being kind. Hired another service week later that was about 50% less-90% better and hired hired every 2 weeks until military relocated them.

We expected a crew to work 4-5 hours to complete move clean. Instead one individual arrived and worked from 10-7 to complete the house in one day. He was very cordial and determined to complete the task. For the most part, he cleaned, focusing on details to include appliances. I did expect the use of a ladder and cleaning agent to defunct the ceiling fans but he did dust them. I would recommend the service- just verify the actual arrival time as they list both central and ET time with their software.

Green Tech Cleaning were able to clean our house with just a few days notice. Early Allens deep clean was impressively done. The floors look amazing, every single knick knack and picture was dusted, and the windows were cleaned...the house looks and smells soooo good. The cleaner called to let us know hed be delayed a bit, but pretty much made it on time. Early worked hard for 6-7 hours, doing a very thorough job. We highly recommend Early and Green Tech Cleaning.

Horrible service! I paid $500 upfront which is way overpriced and not professional. You shouldnt pay until the job is done. They cleaned about 30% of my house and quit because they found some cockroaches which I was unaware of. All I wanted was a refund for work not completed and they ghosted me! Greentech came out quickly to clean my carpet and tile before professional pictures to place the house on the market. From pictures (I was not in town), I was unsatisfied with the condition of the grout and called to let them know. Without question, they apologized and came back out the next morning to again clean the tile and grout. In the end, it was old grout, and some stains just dont come out. They explained their processes, sent me pictures, never questioned my concerns, rectified the situation and treated me with respect. I would absolutely recommend GreenTech Cleaning.

Cleaner showed up with inadequate supplies. Moved slowly through my home to take up her 4 hours. Used the same water to clean everything after asking her to change out water. When I called to complain, owner advised she’d have to return to reclean items since they had just gotten an emergency clean but never called to reschedule. Will not recommend or use again.Follow up: After leaving this review the owner called me at 7:15 am to argue with me about the review I made and refused to acknowledge the fact that he did not followup with me. Excuses, excuses, excuses!!!! Totally unprofessional!!!!!

This is such an incredible service cleaning company. Friendly, patient, professional and hard-working. We are repeat customers and could not be more satisfied with their work.

They started out good until they couldnt keep the same employees coming to our house so we were having to go over what needed to be done every time. Even then there had to be constant supervision. The final straw is when the individual cleaning refused to pick up items such as a picture to dust underneath it. There was also the forgotten appointments and being late. If you have time to supervise all the time, go ahead and use them, otherwise do not.

I contacted this business to clean out my townhouse after my lease was up. I think we may have had a little bit of a time arrival confusion, but other than that they were very through and wonderful! Needless to say, we did get out safety deposit back. I would definitely use them again and I have referred them to many.

Green Tech steam cleaned all the tile and grout in my house and cleaned my couch cushions. The technician was polite and professional and they did a great job for a fair price. I’d definitely use them again.

Only bad experience with carpet cleaning in 30 years of home ownership. The team rushed the carpet cleaning so much that they “completed” the job of cleaning 3 large rooms and hallways in less than an hour. The predictable result was a half-cleaned carpet with spots that I had to pretreat and clean myself with my $200 home carpet cleaner. The only reason this company has so many reviews must be that they pester customers to leave a review for them. I haven’t used them in two years, yet I STILL received an email today requesting a “5-star” rating. I don’t like giving bad reviews, so I ignored previous requests. Not today and not after having my carpets recently cleaned by a team and company that truly deserved a 5-star review.

I would not use this company or suggest anyone else use them. They kept my rug for a month then delivered it damp.The carpet had some spots before and after they cleaned it, we just rented a machine from Lowe’s and now the carpet looks much better than when they did it for way more $$$.Probably the worst fail out of all the new contractors I’ve had to use!

They showed up late and left early claiming they had a meeting to go to. The two guys only cleaned one of two bathrooms and what was suppose to be a deep clean in the kitchen and bathroom turned into a light cleaning worthy of my 12 year old daughter. Needless to say I did not bother to sign onto their bi monthly cleaning service. Not worth the time. Yes they did cut the price due to their lack of completion. If you want it done right and on time please look somewhere else.

All the options that suited what I was looking for in my move-out cleaning were explained to me, and they are very veteran friendly! Im unable to deep clean my tiles, something that needs to be done at least annually with all the sand and dirt that gets tracked in and smothered into my tile daily. The technicians were great! My tile looked new after they were done. Even a week later you can see the change a deep cleaning did.They also cleaned my two love seats and they look brand new! More than pleased with the work and the price was perfect for what I got. Will keep them in my book for next years spring cleaning!

These guys were amazing! I kept having to change dates due to deployment related issues, and they were always so responsive and flexible! Even when I didnt really know what I needed done, they helped me out with adjusted pricing etc. My carpets look brand new, and they smell CLEAN not chemically like Ive had with other services in the past. They were friendly and unobtrusive and advised me on how best to let the carpets dry out in my rooms without fans. I definitely recommend them!

I contacted Green Tech cleaning on 11/30 and spoke with Michelle about a move out deep clean in a 700 sq ft studio. I was clear from the very beginning that the space was left in terrible shape by the previous tenant. I received a quote for the services, and got a follow up that evening from Tammy, to confirm the details of the job, and I reiterated the condition the apartment was in. All was ready for a 9am start on 12/1, Unadia was the technician assigned.I meet with Unadia at the scheduled time, and after viewing the space she tells me that it would cost more than 3x what I was originally quoted.I eventually end up with the owner of the company, Derick on the phone. After a lengthy discussion of the situation, where due to a “mistake” by his staff the job was supposedly underbid, he refused to honor the original agreement, and has completely left me in the lurch on a fairly straightforward job.Utterly disappointed in a company that I had high hopes for. I try to do business with local companies at every opportunity, and support our local economy. I can’t understate how sick this kind of bad business practice makes me.I’d also like to say that the technician I met with, Unadia, was very polite and professional, and no fault can be placed with her. All blame at this point is with the owner of this company.

I moved into a home that needed some deep cleaning and upon calling Green Tech, a very nice lady answered the phone and worked with my schedule and Charles and another gentleman (Im bad with names) came out. Charles is fast, knows what he is doing, and was great at training and they were both willing to help any way they could. Charles walked the house with me and we discussed what was most needed that I could not reach and with which I needed help. I was very satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone! Derrick Green is a Veteran and The Owner of Green Tech Cleaning LLC. I had lived in a Townhouse in Fort Walton Beach, Florida for the past eight years and I have had major medical issues for the last year. Needless to say it wasnt as clean as I preferred. When it came time to move I wanted a professional cleaning service to do the move out cleaning. The time and effort it would involve were not something I wanted to deal with, with all the other things going with the move. I found Green Tech Cleaning on Yelp and upon sending a quote request, I heard back quickly from Mr. Green. He came to my home and looked it over and gave me a reasonable quote. On the day of the move, Aug. 31st, his employee was sick and Mr. Green showed up himself to do the work. He communicated with me via text and let me know when he had completed the job with accompanied pictures and completed check off list. Today, September 28, nearly a month later, I finally received my deposit from Coastal Realty Management company and was very pleased that nothing was taken out for additional cleaning! I would quickly and enthusiastically recommend Green Tech Cleaning for anyone needing a move out cleaning. It is reasonable to assume that his other cleaning services are just as good.
