Olivia was absolutely phenomenal with my autistic son, Kyler. She was caring, sympathetic to his needs and placed him at ease. He barely talks around strangers and hes currently talking her up! She navigated some interesting conversations and fixed his hair marvelously after he became overstimulated with his long locks and chopped it himself at home. Shes amazing and we will certainly be back because of her.

Really enjoyed my haircut. The super nice lady did exactly what I wanted. Nice clean place with a friendly atmosphere. Professional but with a hint of an Old fashioned barbershop. Well go there again.

I won a gift certificate for a MVP haircut. It was my first time there, and I was very impressed!!! I cant remember the very nice Ladys name that cut my hair, but she did excellent!!! (She had the middle booth on the left). She listened to what I wanted for a haircut and got it perfect!! Ill visit again!!

Terrible service and cut. The stylist kept texting on her phone. Shed stop cutting everytime another text came in. The cut was taking forever because of this. When she was done she asked if I approved. No, it was choppy on one side. She finally cleaned it up and asked what I thought. I stated you need to leave your phone at home. I wont be returning

Usually get a good cut. Went in with a picture of a different hairstyle that I wanted to try and the barber cut my hair the same style I walked in with just shorter. I’m not sure if she didn’t pay attention to what I showed her but now the way my hair is cut it will be weeks before I can try the style I wanted. Why ask me what I want when you don’t bother listening.

The lady that cut my hair didn’t pay attention to my instructions at all. This is the second time it happened. Different barbers every time. I would not recommend them at all, they seam like they just try and do quantity over quality.

There was a guest that left their dog tied off to a trailer, outside in the parking lot. Was loose and wandering, when that dog and my dog got into a fight. Reported to front desk, which they called ASPCA. Front desk clerk had no idea of dog outside. Also stated, nobody ever walks or checks parking lot. Checked out that day

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Sport Clips. My girl Kesia hooked me up and recommended the MVP which I highly recommend. She was very professional and did an amazing job. She made me look like a model and I’m pretty ugly.

Depends on who you get depends on the quality of the hair cut. Over all great look and friendly Service. They have options so you dont have to sit and wait in line for a long period of time. (You need a working cellphone service for that)

Been coming to get my hair cut here for a while. Love the atmosphere. Online check in as where its at and my stylist Erin is super awesome and cool. Check her out, she wont let you leave looking anything less than your best. All the stylist are good and very friendly.

It has its place but not for me. The shampoo and massage were significant upgrades to the normal guys haircut. More of a spa/ man cave than barbershop

In my opinion over priced for a 5 minute kids hair cut, but most places are. It is what it is, gotta pay it. Kind of like gas, gotta have it so you gotta pay the prices.

This place was excellent. All the ladied were welcoming the first moment you step through the door. My hairstylist Erin was awesome. The treatments you can select are a nice touch. I recieved the MVP which is a shampoo, neck massage and warm towel treatment, including of course, the haircut. They fade really well and provide a comfortable atmosphere. Their military discount is a plus as well. Will definitely be coming back.

Ive been coming to Sport Clips ever since I moved to Crestview. I always request Maria to cut my hair, and she does an amazing job. She is talkative and always seems to brighten up my day everytime I get my hair cut by her! Will continue to go there while I live in the area!

Great fun, if you are looking for something different and relaxing this is it. Scalp massage hot towels vibrating chair, oh yeah. Great hair cut then a shoulder message. Cant get that anywhere else. Friendly staff in a sports locker room environment. Not something i do every week but birthdays and holidays no problem.

Been here twice the past five weeks, the cuts are fantastic and Ive had a different stylist each time. However if youre going to get the MVP treatment be wary. Today I got the shampoo and leaning my neck back on that hard surface left my neck aching till this very moment 6 hours later

As I come in with my two sons we are greeted by a woman who has a sour scowl on her face, she says nothing. She cashes out the man in front of me and proceeds to meander to her cutting area to check her phone and tidy up her things. I wait for a while, maybe she’s had a bad day; I don’t know. Several minutes later she is still paying zero attention to me “the customer” patiently waiting to get haircuts for my sons. But I have so much patience for rude people and service. As I take my sons and walk out the door I see slight interest from the woman as if she were surprised that I was leaving. It shouldn’t take us walking out for an employee of a business who prides themselves on “great atmosphere” to notice a customer. My family and I will never go back there and I will recommend the same to my friends.

Clean and polite. Took the time to listen how I get my haircut. I have a few cowlicks which makes it a tricky cut. Pretty expensive but I feel like it was a good deal for the result I recieved

Like the set up n all... Just need somebody with experience when it comes to cutting hair for ppl of color... Edge up wasnt on point also thought I was gna get a shave when they used the hot towel but nope I had to go home n shave myself smh... Total was $56 for me and my 2 sons and I wasnt satisfied at all basically youre paying for the name on the building than whats actually being done on the inside.... Couldve saved $26 and went to my normal barber and wouldve gotten a clean edge up n shave... Hopefully theyll get it right in the near future

Rude employees who had negative comments about everything. A guest wanted to change the channel to a particular game, and that was an issue. A female came in for a trim. While she was waiting the same employee made the comment, it says men and boys on the door, women shouldnt come here. The female clearly heard her rude comment.

Weve gone here numerous times, last 2 times they didnt enter my husbands notes in the computer and couldnt remember how they cut his hair. This last time, Im guessing someone who is newly hired, cut his hair and its in so many different lengths, none of it matches up. Also talked him into some sort of beard cream (they never even offered to cut his beard) and didnt tell him it was over 20 bucks, until they charged him and used his hat of the cream. Corporate has been contacted. Enough is enough.

Went with my husband to get his haircut and the front counter girl was not helpful and rude. Too expensive for what he got done. Cut wasnt even right.
