The lady in charge of the rentals was very pleasant to do business with & she went over everything with me & answered all my questions. Their units are very economical & clean. I have had my belongings stored there for about 4 months now with absolutely no issues what so ever. From the onset of the initial rental on down the line, I recommend them for clean budget rentals & friendly service.

When entering the office, I was greeted by a lady that was very customer friendly. She was attentive to my needs and explained all throughly. Though this facility does not have regular access 24/7, I was given the process to follow should I need to get to the unit after gates are closed. The unit I rented is very clean and DRY! Great customer service. The units are enclosed with a chain link fence. They do sell locks. There are about four or five long buildings they are pretty close together. They are not open 24 hours a day. They will work with you if they can

I called to ask questions and got a strange busy message signal twice .. so I left a review saying so in hopes of getting a correct updated number or a way to contact them to get info. They responded to my review which is what I wanted.. I was about to call them back, but they deleted my original review. I would have switched it to 5 star for customer service, but now I would never do business with them.

I have rented from this company off and on since late 2012 and could not be more satisfied with a rental company. I only needed a yard space to store an enclosed trailer, not a storage unit, but the staff was always helpful and willing to work with me with any issue that came up.
