After waiting on a different company to come out for 2 hours OC’s was contacted. Once they realized I had been sitting on the side of the road for 2 hours they sent Chris out before everything was together paperwork wise etc. I get towed and was given a ride to Walmart. Every step of the way I received phone calls to check on me and making sure everything was being taken care of. After I was dropped off at Walmart with my vehicle they called once again to check on me and when they realized I wasn’t having luck with getting my tires fixed the owner dropped everything at 9pm or so and came out to help some more. Once we realized tires were not going on he had my van towed to Crestview Tire and Wheel at no charge and paid for have my tires fixed. My tires popped around 5:30pm and they got to me around 7:45/8pm and stayed with my until close to midnight. I’m a (temporary) single mom of 4 trying to make things work until my husband comes home in July and they blessed my family more than I think they know. ❤️

I broke down and had no idea what was wrong with my car. I called OCs Towing and a very nice gentleman answered the phone and reaasured me they would get to me quickly, as I was kind of freaking out broke down by myself. Within 30 minutes a driver, Chris came to my rescue. He was so nice and professional, the prices are great and for that type of service I would have paid more!! These guys go above and beyond and I will recommend to anyone!

We broke down in the middle of nowhere at 2am, and Todd was more than happy to help us out and get us to a hotel, and then helped us the following day get the car to a repair shop and even offered to drive us to get the car when it was ready! My trailer disconnected from my truck and dropped to the ground pulling in to the loves this company came to help me right away the driver was a real nice guy helped me out and got my trailer hocked up again. The price was fair they didn’t try to rip me off like another company I called before them. If you have any problems you need a tow truck call this guys don’t waist time calling around.

Ocs towing has the most amazing workers out there by far. Driver chris was very kind and lisa helped with getting all the info together that I was rambling about. If you need a tow call them. Its worth it! I was in destin when my car crash happened and felt I was in good hands.

We spent hours trying to fix our truck for blown hoses on the side of the road all day. Finally close to nightfall we threw in the towel to call roadside assistance. OC’s was there within a hour got us loaded up and finally home! I definitely recommend and will use OC’s in the future!

I had a rental car and when it broke down the insurance found these people who were not located near me so I had to wait forever but that part isnt on them but my driver Chris was flustered and seemed a bit off and didnt seem to know where he was supposed to even tow the vehicle I told him I was just riding with him to the airport to get a new vehicle and i guess the insurance would tell him where to take it. I was a renter how was I supposed to know? then he is angry with me for not knowing. I dont know who runs this business but you should train and equip your employees with common customer service and tell them to keep their problems at home. It was so unprofessional and made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. USER BEWARE!

I needed a oversized truck moved this morning and after calling around to several towing services I was advised to contact OCs Towing. I got to say...best service EVER! Their pricing was cheaper than competitors and the service was spectacular. Chris, the driver, was extremely professional and outright pleasant to work with today. Im really glad I went with OC Towing and I highly recommend them to anyone needing towing service.

My wife broke down on I-10 in our F-350 towing a living quarters horse trailer with two horses. The service we use (US Rider) contacted OCs (thankfully) to help us and they were fast and efficient. It required two tow vehicles, a traditional flatbed wrecker plus a truck to tow the 31 foot goose neck. Both vehicles were there very quickly despite it being a Saturday evening. Our truck was delivered to our mechanic and our trailer to our home, both approximately 70 miles from the breakdown. The drivers were friendly and helpful.I hope to never need their services again but, if we do, I would not hesitate to call them directly and immediately. Very pleased!

1472.90 to pull a dump truck out of a sink hole. We were told 175 per hour! I highly recommend FLETCHERS!!!! An after hours fee was added and not explained up front, they sent a truck that couldnt do the work--350 added to the bill, the a process fee of 42.90 that no one told us of!

Called for tow because broke down in mossy head, needed to get to bonifay (38 miles) sorry we dont tow that far, asked for someone that would, sorry i dont know was the response i got, youve been around for nearly 9 years and you dont know of any wrecker service that tows 40 miles? Thats really hard to believe, rather than help me get home they didnt want their competition getting business, I would never recommend anyone use this company!

Terrible company. Was quoted 125$ +3%c.c fee. When driver asked for payment he said 335$! I said no way and was forced to pay! This is pure extortion Andi will contact the right ppl to have this issue resolved! There is a law against tow price gudging, and this is an example of it!! Thiefs

To perspective customers of OC Towing:I can honestly say I have never written a negative review on a business, but the dishonestly, disgraceful customer service and pure lack of professionalism exhibited by Mr. OConnor (owner) and his crew is abominable and deserves a poor review. The only positive thing this company has going for them is the kind ladies who answer their phone. (Who I pity having to put up with Mr. OConnors inability to talk to people with basic respect.)Honestly I do not know how these crooks are still in business. They came out to pull our machine out of a pond, and they took our money ($600) and then directed us to go stand by our machine so we can direct them in. In doing so, they literally took off and left us in the dark, took our money and ran. This was clearly deliberate and intentional. I have come to learn from other people and businesses in Crestview that OCs towing has a long standing record of ripping people off, and the police have tried to press charges, but because most cases are considered civil matter are unable to press criminal charges. So please, NEVER DO BUSINESS with these animals. They are the scum of the earth and truly epitomize White Trash. If you need a wrecker, call FLETCHERs TOWING in PENSACOLA.

Traveling on I-10 in our Class A Motorhome we broke down and called OCs. They told us they had experience towing class As (ours is a Tiffin). Well, they broke the fiberglass on the front end trying to lift it up. Get this, after that, they had the nerve to tell us it was already broken. Now how is that possible, when the pieces were lying under the motorhome?! The insurance tells us it will cost us about $1000.00 to fix it, and they are not sure if it will be covered. Recommend you stay far away from this backwoods company.

Disassembled our truck, refused to put it back saying their tow truck drivers are not mechanics but yet they were mechanically inclined to disassemble, lost the parts that were taken off and and on top of all that the owner screamed at me and cussed me out when I tried to resolve it with him. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
